1. The reception staffs are all super friendly especially Mr. Christopher. Also the cleaning ladies are very kind and helpful. They always say hello and gave us smiles 2. Location is good 180m to a big supermarket and easy to visit the city center by car 3. Parking is Free and always available and secured 4. Room is equipped with kitchen and fridge also with a heating radiator. 5. Fast internet connection 6. Pet friendly with 10 euros per day it is a fair price in Bordeaux region 7. Room was basic, but seemed brand new, crisp clean. Whomever takes care of the hotel seems to make an extra effort to create a pleasant experience for the guests. Enjoyed the stay.

Hot water could be warmer.

The room was clean and it has all the amenities required for a short stay. The location was convenient if you need some place to rest as it was easy to get there by the highway. It was convenient to get to the supermarche but there are no restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly and approachable. Environment is quiet and safe. The fitness centre is a bonus but would be good to add in a treadmill.

Location was about 25 minutes drive to city centre and there were no direct public transport to town.

Despite of the fact that some travellers wrote about the difficult approach of the hotel, it was no problem, the GPS led us to the hotel directly. The hotel had a very pleasant odour, not only in the corridors, but in the room either. The message of the scent was: this is a clean hotel, which is absolutely true! The breakfast was okay.

Unfortunately the recharging of the foods and drinks was a little bit slow during the breakfast, sometimes we had to ask the personnel to bring this and that. I guess that the reason is that the hotel is close to the highway, not far from Bordeaux, and a lot of buses stop here for 1 night with lots of passengers.

Clean and quiet. Very personable staff at reception made me feel very welcome. Thanks Sarah. Free parking. Nice modern room and furniture. Everything I needed for this type of trip where I was passing through. Met my expectations for the price and quality. Nice towels.

Housekeeping forgot to empty the trash in the room... That was a little discouraging. Toilet paper roll nearly empty with no spare. The room had a slightly odor of some having smoked in it, despite being a non smoking room. But, other wise the room was very clean.

Warm, friendly welcome - and it was very helpful (and appreciated) to have the young lady speak English to us. Parking on site. Huge comfortable bed with sumptuous bedding. Large TV directly in front of the bed. Well lit bathroom. Clean. Dark. Intermarche and other places within a short easy and safe walk of 5 minutes maximum.

The shower head needed cleaning properly (or possibly replacing). A little noise from the corridor etc though thankfully guests were quiet throughout the night.

There is everything you need for a sleep, parking is close, spacious rooms with apartment option (little chicken, frig, ...) . It was a 1 night stop during our trip to Spain the hotel is just out of the highway but close enough to the city center ... so a handy option for travelers or for a few day staying.

A bit difficult to find but we travel during the night (Google Maps navigation just takes you to the opposit side of the building in an industrial area.

clean spacious room and big bathroom. comfortable interior (simple, while basics are covered) very friendly reception good for a roadtrip, next to the freeway with free parking. pet friendly, while they charge 10€ per pet per night. other chain, charge 6€ in a similar category.

Prefer a hardwood floor over a carpet (antiallergic hallways are very warm, as no ventilation / ac active. broken shower head, one night stand lamp requires maintenance. .

Our room was exceptionally clean, fresh and comfortable, with good quality towels and bedding, it was very quiet. A compact apartment which was well organised providing far more basics than we anticipated. Good free parking facilities, lifts to the rooms. We met three staff during our one night stay and they were very cheerful, friendly and helpful.

Perfect if you travel with car - easy access to airport and highway. Good size room, clean, well equipped (we booked room with small kitchen), free secure parking available. Quiet even there is student residence next to it. Shop open 7/7 is 50 meters away.
