From the moment I arrived, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, with all the little touches that make a stay memorable. A very special thanks to Genevive and Luis – their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care went above and beyond. They anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and made sure every detail was perfect. It’s rare to meet staff who take such pride in their work, and they truly made my stay outstanding

We had a pleasant stay at Campanile Bordeaux Sud - Gradignan-Talence. We booked a room for 1 night with late arrival, so the personnel gave us the option of a dinner reservation that we could take to the room. When we arrived, everything was still hot and delicious. The communication went smoothly. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and there was a mirror with a nice heating feature. The was a parking on site.

The address in the Booking app was incorrect, and we got a little lost, so I suggest updating it according to Google Maps.

The property has been refurbished since we last stayed here. REception lady was off putting when we arrived. Spent ages with previous people and wasn't so nice to us. She put me off eating at the restaurant outside with our dog saying there were no lights outside. However, we were hungry and tired so accepted this. When we sat outside the waitress could not have been nicer and welcoming and put the lights on funnily enough. We had a good meal in the end and dog behaved marvelously.

Convenient location just off the autoroute for an overnight stop with safe, free parking. Efficient and welcoming with friendly staff. Generous check-in and check-out times. Restaurant has good food, excellent value and serving until 10pm. Can get take-out beer, wine etc. Kettle in room with necessary items for tea and coffee -bring your own milk if you like fresh milk although I expect the kitchen would provide some. A very comfortable, firm mattress. Bath and shower with lots of hot water. Just exactly what we need for a perfect overnight stop.

One bedside light was working and I should have reported it but forgot.

Small but lovely comfortable room. Enty of room for my large dog. Staff were lovely and food fantastic. Great area for dog walking in the woods. Great location for stop on a long journey from Portugal to England.

No bed side table. Need more cafe sachets.

Location is good for the campus area, tram B to get to Bordeaux center is also close. Breakfast included was good, wi-fi was available and working, room pretty clean and confortable.

Good value for money, located next to Highway, carcharging station(s)next door. Perfect if you just need a place to stay when traveling. Breakfast covered all our needs.

The room is relative small, But bedsize ist okay.

It was very comfortable and served it's purpose for me as a clean and comfortable place to sleep. Restaurant staff were wonderful.

Very convenient just off the motorway from Bordeaux to Castets. It was a clone of other hotels in the chain.

Kids bombing about the car park on their bikes. Yes it was Labour day but a car park is not a playground.
