Location was great and the appartment was spacious and as advertised

That there were no staff on site after 8pm. We had a little issue with getting our room key as we arrived late - our fault as I was trying the wrong safe but out of hours number did not have English speaking staff. If we had lost our key or some other emergency at the appartment the number we were to call would have been useless! The reception staff speak wonderful English and would be good to have the same availability on the emergency line.

Clean room and comfortable bed. the sofa bed has seen better days though ad needs replacing, as you couldn't sit on it without feeling like you were sliding off. Just a 10 minute walk from Park Peixotto, our reason for staying here. Not easy to find though and lots of road works on th surrouding streets, which obviously is not the hotel's fault. There is some street parking outside the reception which is free for 1.5 hours per day and free from 7pm to 9am. So we managed to get our parking for free as we arrived at 5.30pm and left at 10.20am. Nice Asian restaurant next door to the reception. We would stay again.

Coming back to the air conditioning after a long hot day sight seeing..

There was nothing we didn't like.

Nice and clean property in the centre of Talence. Everything was clean and well kept, decent sized bed and bathroom... staff at the building were very useful

Fridge was not working. Dident know that I have to turn it on myself. Self-Check in was a bit confusing because we arrived after 7pm.

Quiet area close to the city centre, bars and amenities at a walking distance

The cleanliness of the appartement. Very nice bed and bathroom.

The freezer wasn't working and a technician had to come and repair it. Not a great view from the window.
