We genuinely enjoyed our stay at ApartCity. There were 5 of us - 2 adults, 2 teenage boys and a 7yo child. We shared a 2 bedroom apartment on the 8th floor. It was lovely. The apartment wasn't huge, but there was enough room for all of us, the kitchen was well equipped, although it could do with more plates and mugs. But it was OK, we shared. The beds were super comfortable, and there was enough linen and towels. The apartment was clean, homely and had a great view from the balcony. We didn't use public transport, but walked to the city centre instead. It took 17 minutes to get to the Cathedral, 7 more to get to the river. If we decide to go back to Bordeaux we will definitely stay at the ApartCity.

Just three little things: 1. The smell on the 8th floor corridor was rather horrible, especially in the evening. 2. Compared with other hotels breakfast here definitely wasn't worth €9/person, There were mostly jam, hazelnut spread and pancakes available. It was OK, but both my boys left the hotel rather hungry. 3. There were lots of nuts in open containers in the breakfast room, very dangerous for those allergic to nuts. I am allergic (luckily, not very severely) to hazelnuts, so I tried to avoid that area, but the particles could have been easily spread all over the place.

The staff were so friendly and helpful for our entire stay. Our room was not perfectly clean, but clean enough. It was serviced half way through our stay, which was perfect for our needs. The location was excellent, right on the tram line between the airport and the city. There was a beautiful bakery around the corner, and on the Saturday morning there was a lovely little farmer's market in the park nearby. A lovely stay in a great location!

Excellent location for our purposes. The kitchenette was well equipped and the rooms' size adequate. The beds were comfortable and of good size. Adequate temperature for our needs.

The cleaning service is not clear. Although it is an aparthotel, during our stay of 11 nights the room was never cleaned or the sheets and towels changed. The toiletry supplies were not refilled. We were not provided enough information as to how to requests those services. The service would improve is there was a lounge type room. The breakfast room has a good size, however, even out of breakfast time, guests are not allowed to spare time in the room.

The room is super nice, clean and spacious. The kitchen has all necessary appliances, even a dishwasher. The view as for the main road, beautiful with trees along the way. The room was quiet and with dark courtains, big bathroom, nice shower. Location is a bit out of city, but easily reached by tram or bike, about 20m from city centre. We choose the breakfast for one day and regretted not to book for the others, fresh food, and healthy options as well. We had to leave around 3am and there was a staff on the reception, so no problem.

The coffee at the breakfast wasn't very good, maybe was something wrong with the machine

Great location, great apartment. Staff were also awesome. You need to book breakfast, simple, yummy and sets you up for the day. As with every booking.com option, would stay here again. Easy walk down to the water front, some really cool pubs and restaurants along the way. Make sure you go to st Emilion village via Viator, simply stunning day

The staff was friendly. I left my bags in a room (locked, only staff had jey) for free so we could see the city until the plane. When we came to pick them they opened another room so I could sort things and reduce bags number for plane. That was super helpful. Location: near ( in the street behind , less than 200m) tram line and buses. It has laundry machine and dryer. It needs to install the laundry app ok phone to pay. The prices are ok and detergent is included (inside machine). It is a room with a kitchnette in a small space (between room and bathroom). It has a small dishwasher and refrigerator though. Good space in shower. The water has good pressure, and hot/cold water is stable. There are incastrated wardrobes with sliding doors with lots of space (also with hangers )

The facilities are not new but are in good conditions. It is helpful to have some note near the electric stove so you can remember the off position ( it may be removed due to cleaning through years). A sharp knife would be helpful (didn't found it).

We like this hotel. We had a wonderful stay. Space was good for a family of 6. Food establishments are available nearby. The town centre was accessible by foot although at a distance. Public transport available nearby. There was a laundry facility at the hotel, payable by app.

The bottle of soap in the bathroom was empty when we checked in. The toilet does not have a sink, so you need to go to the next room to wash your hands after the toilet. A setup we found rather unhygienic.

Excellent value. Clean, cosy and comfortable apartment close to tram stop Gaviniès, direct link to the airport. We walked into Bordeaux from the apartment, didn't take long, but there is also the tram or bus. Carrefour supermarket close by. Area felt safe in the evening. Stayed there twice (at the beginning and end of a holiday). Would definitely recommend. We got a free upgrade on our second stay.

Room was exactly as you would expect for the price, basic, but perfectly acceptable and clean. A little over ten minutes by tram to town centre and practically on the direct tram line for the airport (far enough away that noise is not an issue).

Street outside was too noisy to leave the window open at night (hardly the hotels’s fault). In room A/C was fine but personal preference for “fresh” air.

This is my second stay when travelling through or stopping off in Bordeaux and I'll be back! The staff are always helpful and friendly. I can get the tram easily from Bordeaux airport and find this place a good base for exploring. It's plain but has what I need: fridge, small hob, comfy bed, kettle. Bring your own tea!
