stayed there for a week - it was ok for that amount of time. the main room and bathroom are quite spacious. the speed of wifi was sufficient for the video calls the tram stop was just outside the residence; and the residence is conveniently located on the tram line connecting the airport and the city center. the staff were helpful.

it is quite noisy outside, if you get the room with windows facing the street - bring ear plugs with you.

Everything met my expectations. I travel there for a conference. It is next to the tram stop so everything was within reach. At the same time it was quiet at night. The room was spatious and renovated. It offered all amenities such as shampoo, body milk and shower gel as well as soap to clean the dishes etc. They also sent me very detailed explanation on how to get there and find the key to the room. I would love to visit again. There is also a tram that goes directly to the airport from there.

Perfectly clean, all the amenities you need. It's not central, but you can see this on the map. The tramway A which takes you downtown is 1 minute away, so even if it takes about 25 min by tram, it's worth the cheaper price of accommodation. Quite far from the train station though, but also accessible by tramway. The Nespresso machine had a problem, 2/3 of my capsules got squished and fell through, so we're useless, but apart from that, everything worked. It was very quiet thanks to the loggia which buffers any noise from the street. In my room there were no blackout curtains, only thin white ones, but l brought a sleeping mask and slept very well. The staff sent me very detailed instructions to pick up my key as l arrived outside of reception hours. I would definitely recommend this place. The heated towel rack in the bathroom was the best! The spray from the shower was powerful and the water can go from very cold to very hot, which is perfect (some places you can't get the right temperature). Nice to be greeted with 2 teabags and 2 capsules, though that's not enough for a 3 night stay. After that, they charge you.

Nespresso machine didn't work. You should bring your own tea bags and capsules as they cost 1€ each after you use the ones they put out for when you arrive. The shower leaks out onto the bathroom floor because the glass pane is too short to shield the spray from the shower. There wasn't a knob to work the overhead shower. The hand held spray shower didn't go up very high on its rod, so l had to bend my neck a bit. You have to take out your garbage.

The area where Sweetly Residence is based, St Augustine, is a quiet locality with great family run restaurants and coffee shops. Great patisseries, small supermarkets and market day tram during the week. Sweetly is on the main 'A' tram route between the airport & Bordeaux city centre with the local stop just 2 minutes walk from the Sweetly residence..

On the "A" tram line from the airport and forty seconds walk from the tram stop. Arrived late but instructions to enter were good. Very very clean AND more importantly for a 70 year old - quiet. Local bakery and supermarket within walking distance.

Well an armchair would have been useful.

it was a wonderful stay, we've loved the apartement, very clean, calm,with the necessary household items the tram is about 3 minutes which can lead you to all parts in BORDEAUX, you won't regret staying their

nothing linked to the apartement, but rather the groceries is a little far(specially at night), however you could buy every thing you want from MERIADECK at the day to be sure.

Quiet. Clean. Direct from airport via the tram a line to st Augustin stop. Within a minute walk from the tram station to the residence. Spacious one bedroom apartment.

Very good accommodation, even for long-term staying. The location is super good as it close to tram stop to the city and you can walk to the center also (like 40 min or so). The apartment was clean, had everything for comfortable staying, had a a balcony with very nice view. The flat is bright, sunny and warm. Thanks for early check-in and easy check-out!

My stay was very pleasant. The Residence is very well located, the staff is super nice and professional. It's very good value for the price. I will definitely come back next time I travel to Bordeaux. The common areas were always clean and the noise insulation is good. I'd recommend for short and also longer stays.

The wifi is a bit slow. I was travelling for work and I needed more data than the average person. Don't get me wrong: the Residence offers a reliable network that would meet 90% of people' s needs. However, if you need a more robust network at times, using your mobile phone data can help with that.

The location is so comfortable and the stuff is very welcome. I was receiving help with map orientation and food as they have this service. And as well all the mentioned facilities were available.

In my opinion, the bath seemed not cleaned well
