We had chosen this hotel for an extended family get-together. We had made separate bookings for each family and so it must have been a bit confusing for the hotel staff. But they received us in a warm and friendly way. Also, a few of our people checked in late and hungry (past restaurant closing time), but the served the hot and delicious pizza from the freezer. We really liked that. The bar / restaurant was spacious and looked very cheerful. It is in a very quiet part of Guingamp and the old city center with its medieval church was nearby, as was the train station.

We had nothing to complain about the hotel itself. The only difficulty was that there seem to be only a few restaurants in the town and they got full quite early in the evening.

Excellant restaurant on site. The waitress was very busy but good service. Our friend arrived late but was still accommodated with food. Secure parking for our motorbikes. Only 50 miles to Roscoff ferry port.

For a 3 star hotel I would have expected tea coffee facilities in the room.

Excellent service from staff and made us feel very welcome. Room very clean and comfortable and good size bathroom with lovely shower 🚿.

What has happened to the croissants they have shrunk? Bring back the proper size.

No beverage making facilities in the room

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and we got what we asked for. Excellent : )

It's a shame that you have no kettle and cups of tea and coffee in the room

The reception service we received was excellent. We arrived very, very late as a consequence of ferry delays and could not have wished for a more welcoming, helpful service from an extremely pleasant, polite young man. He was a real credit to your company. The breakfast provided a good choice of foods and there was plenty available. It was good value for money, The breakfast room/facilities were very hygienic and well supervised. A big thank you to your staff for providing a calm end to a somewhat stressful day.

Location and secure parking

Shower cubicle design means water soaks the floor in the bathroom when in use. Needs a door on the shower cubicle.

I didn't have breakfast but I looked at the whole set up and tasted my mothers scrambled egg which was lovely
