Good location, not too much of a walk to the town centre. We were able to find free on-street parking easily, although the property also has parking spaces within the grounds. Beautiful house which had been modernised to the point where it felt - for us - a bit too minimal - it depends on your taste. Bathroom was excellent. Host was friendly and helpful. No tea/coffee making in the room - there is a communal kitchen for guests to use but it wasn't clear whether this meant we could help ourselves to coffee etc. Lovely decking area for guests to use too. We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on that.

This is a family house, so there is some noise from the children playing basketball outside. Host wasn't there to let us in, even though we arrived within the time we had specified, so we had to wait outside for him. In the morning, another guest started shouting at us that we had blocked her car in, even though we told her ours was on the street - not sure what she wanted us to do about it?! Although not the hosts' fault, they weren't there to assist when maybe they should have been?

Excellent location to walk into town and a restaurant less than 5 minutes away. Secure parking around the property. Large triple room with large bathroom. There is use of kitchen facilities once breakfast has been served and a nice lounge. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.

I would recommend booking restaurants ahead. Most only serve dinner 7-9.30pm and the decent ones are booked up quickly.

Service was welcoming and extremely helpful. A spacious room which was well equipped and clean. Very good breakfast.
