The property was clean but small. It is easy to get dirty but also easy to clean. If the double bed could be one size bigger this would make a big difference. The pool area was great for the kids. The public areas were well-organised and clean too. The location (only 45 mins south of Bastia) is fantastic if you’re arriving by ferry (which most people seemed to do). Vallicella is a great mix of self-catering ability but with lunch at the attached restaurant. The food was good but, if you went there every lunch then the menu would seem limited. The outstanding element of the place is the manager, Remco. He was full of ideas of places to go and things to do. Very helpful at every turn. If you want a sandy beach on the east coast then this is the one for you. It’s only an hour from St Florent and 1hr 45 from Calvi.

Limited menu at the restaurant. Also it ran out of gin & tonic on a number of occasions! But the staff are lovely.

We really liked the place, peaceful and quiet, with birds singing in the morning. We appreciate the baker coming every day to sell fresh croissants and baguettes. The rooms were nice and cosy, the kitchen was fully equipped, maybe a freezer would be a good option to add. The location was great, it was easy to organise one-day trips by car to all interesting places in Corsica, south, west and north. The receptionist was wonderful, very helpful, fluent in many languages!

The WiFi didn't work properly so we had to go outside, near the reception. The swimming pool was rather disappointing, only suitable for children.

Especially the hosts were absolutely lovely. Our apartment was really spacious able we even had a separate room for the wardrobe. It was a tiny bit dark, but we loved it in the hot weather, we barely used air con. The beach is excellent and the garden is lovely.

Well for the friendly price we didn't mind anything.

Very good location for families with little kids. Beautifull sandy beach with simple access from all appartments. Childern playground was great on the beach and next to the restaurant. Pool was great as well. The manager with his wife was always nice, full of helpful ideas for “must see” places, but little bit busy….;-)

Appartment was not fully equipped. I missed some towels hookes in the bathroom, more storage/shelfs/furniture for our stuff. Shower doors has been broken and terrace light was not working first 4 nights (repaired after 3rd reminder)…

Nice holiday resort directly at the beach of the costa verde (east coast of corse). Parking nearby the houses possible. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. French, italian and german guests in the resort, calm and relaxing atmosphere in the resort. A bakery service is coming very morning into the resort. 30 Min away from Bastia.. Next villages in approx. 10 Min by car in northern and southern direction. We stayed in a new refurbished/rennovated holiday house. We have had enough space for 4 persons. The beach was very clean and the sea water was wonderful.

To equip the kitchens with dish washers would be perfect.

I love being able to take my dog with me on the property

People let their dog poo poo everywhere and don't clean it up. But it's not the properties fault. It's just people on the beach.

Kind of tourist village, but very quiet in September. Very nice and helpful host. Very close to the wide and long beach. Elevated, infinity pool. Private parking. Appartment very spacious, well equipped, with very big terrace. Pet friendly.

Big area at the sea shore, playground for children, nice accommodation with a balcony, short distance to the shops and restaurants, free parking.

Manager didn’t know how to unlock 150€ deposit so I needed to wait one month to get it back.

Well located, swimming pool next to the sandy beach with restaurant, playground for kids, baker coming every day to resort, kalm and quiet place to stay, willing receptionist

Air conditioning is running right above a bed. Some shop with food and beach assortments in the resort would be great.

The location was amazing, right on the beach. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The unit we have rented was very spacious, enough room for a family of 4. We had 2 toilets and 2 showers which is great for teenagers. Kitchen well equipped. the only minus - not enough privacy. one could hear everything.
