Very spacious and quiet resort, the houses are not crammed together, they have a nice terrace. The furnishings inside are not great luxury, but we didn't expect that. The kitchen is tiny but well equipped. The residents also include cats, which at least in our cottage were pretty much smelled (an allergy sufferer might have a problem). Our house was one of the furthest from the sea, but it was still within a 5 minute walk to a nice sandy beach. We didn't discover the outdoor shower a short walk from the beach until just before we left :-) In the morning around 9am a vendor arrives with baked goods, very nice :-) On site you can use the tennis court, play ping-pong or rent sea kayaks. The nearest major supermarket is within a 10 minute drive. About 40 minutes drive from Bastia.

Atmosphere, location by the sea

Some items were broken in the house and overall seemed unmaintained, though clean. They charged extra for bedclothes, yes it was included in the description, but I cannot imagine anyone would bring their own bedclothes and/or towels to such a remote location for holidays especially for 6+ person's where the size of units start. No tools to manage the coal for the BBQ.

Simply incredible! Beautiful people running this seaside retreat. Generous and warmhearted and overly accommodating. They have created something special and the space has a relaxed community feeling. Beach access is right on site with stunning sunrises, chillaxed swings and great facilities. Loved this Corsican oasis!!

Pinea Mare is a beautiful set of residences managed with love by Roxane and Max and their team. We could enjoy everything at the nature in this sustainability loving location - proximity to the nice beach, bio-diversity, BBQ, ping-pong and badminton evenings, reading, even laundry facilities. The residences are not so close to each other that you may find intrusive. Highly recommendable location. The hosts are very kind and open to support and help whatever needed.

Nice location, extremely nice owners.

One night we had some noise of a night club in the neighborhood. We talked to the owner and he told me the club openend 1,5 month ago and there can be noise 2 nights a week. The owner tries to talk to the club to end the noise. It is not a very big problem, but we couldn’t sleep with the windows open this night. Luckily all houses have great air conditioning.

Recently renovated house. Very close to the beach. The staff were very friendly. The garden in front of the house was quite big. Very well equiped kitchen. Nice complex with holiday homes with playground and other activities. We stayed just for one night but would definitly stayed longer if we could.

No market close by, but they bring fresh bread every morning and also you can buy some stuff at the reception.

Perfect for families with kids, our stay was amazing!! The owners are so lovely and everything was super clean (rooms, beach, terrain). We definitely come back!!
