A fairly comfortable road-hotel, it served us as a night stop on the way from France to Switzerland and Italy. Convenient parking in the hotel complex. Pet friendly. The atmosphere, the planning, the facilities, and the staff - everything is practical, matter-of-fact, modern and functions well. Very clean. Good breakfast, but not beyond what is expected in such a hotel. Definitely a reasonable price.

Located in a commercial area at the edge of the city. At nights and weekends quite isolated. It does not have a restaurant for dinner, but next to it there are two simple restaurants that will be open in the evening, usually. Although it is adjacent to the N57 highway, you have to go through the whole town to get to it.

Modern and clean, dog was welcome. The windows can be opened. The pillows are excellent. It is not located near the centre, but great for an overnight stay. This was our second stay. On our first stay we arrived later than 1 a.m. due to traffic and we still got the booked room thanks to the 24 h reception.

The breakfast is too expensive for a person not eating something in the morning, but urging for a coffee. The Italian Signorezza restaurant opposite was absolutely chaotic on a Saturday, but the food was nice. This is not the fault of Kyriad though.

The room was spacious and clean. There was a kettle and fridge and coffee and tea was provided. The hotel close to 2 restaurants (not great food, but sufficient ). The reception served beer, which we appreciated. The receptionist found a very good Taxi service for us.

It was far from the centre of town and as we wer walking the Via Francigena, it complicated our journey.

The hotel was clean and quiet, and the rooms appeared to have been recently renovated. Breakfast was good for the price and the hotel provided a discount to have dinner at a restaurant across the road as the city restaurants are quite a distance away. Easy, secure parking made this a good place to stay for a single night stopover on our travels.

I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of this hotel! The beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a perfect night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Additionally, the cleanliness was outstanding – everything was spotless and well-maintained. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Hotel is very clean, has a lot of secured parking space. Rooms are spacious, clean. You can make a tee or coffee in your room. There are two or three restaurants next to the hotel. Very quiet, beds are comfy.

Breakfast is good but basic. It needs some variety.

Not the most friendly receptionist, we arrived in torrential rain, cold and soaked through, we asked for hot drinks, and was seemingly reluctantly made 1 coffee and was charged for it, sharing a coffee wasn't the best greeting.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was very good. The food was really good and you had loads to chioose from for breakfast. Cooked and continental.

Arrival time is now 16.30pm which is a bit late when you have been on the road for hours. Their old time of 15.00 would be better.

The hotel was the best Kyriad I had stayed in, with lovely modern, clean rooms, nice public areas, well stocked vending machines, a very efficient reception, welcoming bar, a great breakfast and secure parking.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the town with a very limited choice of facilities within walking distance.

Great location on road trip to the Italian lakes. Very comfortable room with big bed, great shower, tea and coffee making facilities in room. Loads of secure car parking on site. Nice bar area with good breakfast. Hotel is opposite a pizza restaurant and next door to steak restaurant also.
