Pool was very very very nice! Staff is super friendly and responsive! L’Occitaine amenities - it’s from that region - always liked the brand, now I feel the connection. Beds are oh so comfortable!

Internet was really spotty and inconsistent - really an issue. Given that o had to go to the lobby to get a good internet connection to complete a work task, I felt a little put out when I was charged for the cup of coffee that the staff brought me - I understand, but that would’ve been a nice way of expressing empathy.

The hotel has beautiful views. The room was large and clean. David was a great host. It’s worth having dinner at the premises as the food was exceptional. Beautiful local French cuisine.

There is not a lot to do in this town but could not fault the hotel, it was fabulous.

This charming hotel has everything you can ask for. Great staff, excellente food, calm and relaxing location, clean and good rooms. Make sure you make a reservation at their restaurant when you book your stay, it is definitely worth it! We are already planning to come back!

The food and room were excellent, but the staff were even better. One of most special places I've stayed across the world.

Cap de Castel is a charming medieval distillery converted to a contemporary hotel; it works really well. The hotel is owned and run by David, who is the perfect host for whom nothing is too much trouble. The rustic rooms are huge, clean and well equipped. Dinner was superb. I cannot recommend Cap de Castel highly enough.

The dinner on the night we arrived was truly delicious and just what we wanted and so was the breakfast. They both exceeded our expectations. Wonderful.

The location is fantastic some 60 kilometres southeast of Toulouse, less than an hour by car in the small village of Puylaurens in a rural setting but only a dozen kilometres or so from the highway A 69. It is easy to get here and to get around from here. Cap de Castel is a genuinely marvellous place preferrably for couples and a peaceful stay. We enjoyed the very good restaurant that you may want to book in advance, To my knowledge there are two times five rooms at the location that comes with a distinct medieval touch, though just for a few blocks. The food in the restaurant is supreme and very price-worthy. Spend at least two days here to be able to enjoy the environment.

we had a great night at the Cap de Castel. Stunning views across the countryside, nice big bedroom with bid en-suite bathroom all very clean and tidy. And to top it all a fantastic meal in the restaurant that was absolutely amazing.
