As we booked the day before after 6pm, we had the Superior studio for the same price as the Standard studio. The apartment was really nice, clean, large and confortable. The bed was wide and comfortable too. We appreciated the kitchen and the terrace. Breakfast was good and complete. The staff were really kind and helpful. The gave us good advice about accessing the city center on underground and places to visit. There are good restaurants on the area.

There was a bit of traffic noise. The bed linen was a bit thick for this time of the year. I was hot in bed and there was no other thin blanket. You need your car to arrive to public transport stations.

Very helpful and communicative staff everywhere I went. Breakfast was continental but with an outstanding selection of eggs, bacon, sliced meats, cheeses, yogurt, granola, baked goods, coffee, tea, juice...dining area was always clean and ready. Room was spacious, clean, and everything worked. Housekeeping was also great. Great stay for 8 nights.

Fire alarms at 3am on two consecutive nights was not enjoyable, would have liked an explanation but was never had time to ask.

Nice, large-ish hotel which offer excellent value for money. Personnel was exceptionally helpful and friendly and provided great recommendations. I received a free upgrade when checking in and found the apartment to be comfortable and quiet. Excellent choice if you need to be in Labege.

The apartment wasn't very cosy but this didn't bother me. Would've preferred a proper desk, rather than a wobbly table. Other than that, everything was perfect.

I particularly liked the friendliness and warmth of the staff. They courteous, helpful and always had a smile. The room was very clean and well set up. The small kitchenette was very handy. There were nice indoor and outdoor areas to relax in. The parking was spacious and on site. There is a bus directly outside the hotel which goes to the subway for Toulouse city. For anyone visiting Toulouse by car this is a great option.

Nothing not to like.

The reception is wonderful, the room is practical, the employees make efforts for the guests to feel welcome, Spacious parking.

The smell on the hallway is not good, the broken mirror in one of the elevators could be fixed and, even though the rooms were clean, the doors to the halway were greasy for both rooms. It did not spoil our stay but it could be improved

Everything was in good condition and the room was clean and ready for guests. The room was a very good size. The bathroom clean and ready with fresh towels and products needed for our stay. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We were greeted with a smile. My wife suggested that this was the nicest hotel we had been in for a long while.

We found no problem at all

Surprisingly good for a three star hotel. Appartment with good space. Reception 24h, breakfast acceptable, bed confortable.

Breakfast could have higher quality

-Confy beds, nice access on the terrasse, goor restaurants around, delicious breakfast

The breakfast hall is too small and at rush hour it becomes very crowded. Pricey for 3 star outside Toulouse

The location is easy to get to and nicely just on city’s outskirts with lovely surroundings, bed comfy and kitchen good to use.

We didn’t stay for the breakfast at the end as no option for us.

Friedliness of staff. Small kitchen in the room. Quiet location.

Bathtub in the bathroom. Very high and not safe especially for elderly guests. Personnally find shower cabins much better.
