It is local to the hospital I had to attend and was our 3rd stay there

We had a problem as this was our first summer stay there. It was as good as before but when we sat on very comfortable chairs in the garden it was 30c and when we looked to moving to a table and chairs under the covered terrace we saw that the staff had sat under there ‘smoking’ as non smokers we had to stay in the sun until my husband moved our comfortable garden chairs up on the very end of the terrace..,,, All the staff were so nice and helpful but didn’t like to tell them so I hope maybe you can mention it to the manager…

The hotel has been recently renovated, so it is very new and modern. The staff were super friendly. Right at check-in, I felt very comfortable because I was warmly welcomed at the reception. Although the hotel is not located in Toulouse, it is very easy to reach the city center by bus. The connection is excellent and easy. Every 6 minutes, a bus goes directly to the city center, and the bus stop is just 20 meters from the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel was also very nice.

The hotel was clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel was within easy walking distance of the Clinique Croix du Sud, which was our reason for staying there. The best thing about the hotel was the staff, who were so friendly and helpful.

The beds could have been slightly softer, but that's a personal preference. It would also have been nice to have a kettle in the room for hot drinks.

Nice design hotel. Good parking spaces. Calm location. Competitive prices. Warm reception feeling. Charming decoration. Attentive staff. Comfortable and nicely design bedrooms. Very good restaurant with outdoor seating when weather is good. Decent breakfast with lovely fruit salads. Very good coffee with large cups!!! We stayed here already three times and will come again when we visit the area next time. Highly recommended.

The hotel is extremely new, and as such in high quality condition. Our family room was excellent with connecting rooms. The check in experience was fast friendly and EV charging plentiful and good value.

The property is in a very function Zone Activities location, as such, not much around for normal leisure trips. The restaurant experience we had was very mixed and could be the area to improve the hotel overall.

This visibly quite new hotel is located in a convenient location around Toulouse for the needs of this visit. Overall the location is quiet, neither scenic nor ugly. For the hotel itself everything is visibly new. Parking a car was no problem. The bed was comfortable. All very functional and nice looking. The staff were friendly and helpful. Besides the hotel’s own restaurant there are multiple choices nearby, some in close walking distance.

More as a note than a criticism: The hotel is quite a bit outside of the centre if that is the purpose of your trip. Probably part of energy efficiency, but you can only open a small part of the total window. For the price asked the breakfast choices were just OK and the hardworking apparently single person present struggled to keep up in replenishing food.

The location is very close to the hospital, and since we were there to take care of a relative it was super convenient,

The restaurant 3 Zebras is managed by some other entity so every time we had anything, we had to pay cash. I would have liked to charge to my room instead of carrying may wallet around.

Super location opposite Croix du Sud clinique - walking distance. Unbelievably clean. New. Modern. Really lovely staff. Great breakfast. Stayed in family suite which was in fact 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with communicating doors

Wifi did not connect but i did not check with staff to help me, my colleagues had no issue with wifi Location is far from downtown Staff are super helpful and friendly

Didn’t take breakfast. From past experience it was typical french croissant and cold meats.

I just slept there. Perfect.
