The room was spacious enough for 3 beds and storage place. Bathroom was very clean. We were conveniently 5 min walking distance from the site we wanted to visit. The breakfast was excellent and even better than some higher rate hotels.

The soundproofing of the room was not great even with window closed. There were a sort of a kettle device in the room that kept blinking all night long. I wish we could have turned it off. The restaurant is system was a half buffet/ half order with a waiter. We did not understand it as the waiter did not explain as soon as we sat down. Instead he went off doing something else and we stayed waiting for 10 min. so It mislead us on what we wanted to it and how much we wanted to it...

The staff was very friendly. The room was spartan and had all the essentials. I would have appreciated an iron since most visitors would have come by for work purposes and it is always professional to wear ironed clothes to meetings. I could have carried my own iron but that would just be cumbersome. Other than that, the meals were excellent. I even had a wonderful front of house staff provide me with a spare EU adapter since I forgot to carry mine (I was traveling from the UK and assumed that I wouldn't require one!).

The bathroom had a plumbing issue and the pipe was smelling or urine throughout my stay there. I am very particular about cleanliness so I cleaned the toilet atleast thrice during the course of my four-day stay at the hotel. Don't get me wrong though. The place was very clean and the daily housekeeping was excellent. Just the plumbing issue could be sorted.

Very nice place, silent and clean. Very close to attractions we wanted to visit also to city centre is 30 to 45 minutes walk from hotel if you want if not you can use the bus stop what is 2 min from hotel. Nice and friendly staff.so recommended for all

Just bath was small in my room and I was fall because I use just shower and when I was moving back I slipped on the bathtub arch. But if you use bath the uncomfortable will be just a little bit small.

Right next to the Cite de l'espace it has the perfect location for a visit there. A parking lot was included a few meters away from the room. Everything was very new and clean. When visiting with a car the city centre is only 10 minutes away but the location is very quiet.

As it was very new it did still have a smell of fresh paint and also construction work was still ongoing, This should not be a problem in the future I hope.

The facilities are modern, great value for the price. Beds were comfortable and great shower. The buffet dinner was nice, lots of choices. The rooms are stylish.

They didn't appear to be friendly and didn't really engage beyond providing their service, and that's ok. But creating a great experience is at the heart of the service you receive.

The location is ideal for motorway (autoroute) access. The Citi de l'Espace is next to the hotel - awesome. The hotel has a restaurant and there are fast food outlets in the vicinity. The hotel room was very clean and had tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Car parking available on site.

We had a twin room, as requested, but there was not a lot of room between the beds. A few more inches would have made a difference.

The restaurant was excellent ; clearly a talented chef.The buffet for breakfast was wide ranging and appealing similarly for the evening buffet.The staff were friendly and the room clean with chromecast available so we could watch Netflx and YouTube. Our window overlooked Space city so we got a great view of the Ariane Rocket and Mir space Station! All staff were welcoming and professional.

Not ideal if you wanted to look around central Toulouse because a 20 minute car journey would have been needed

Dinner was excellent, breakfast was good and all of the staff were superb. Bed and room was comfortable.

The price has become very high for what are essentially fairly basic provisions, even if they are well provided.

We arrived at 4p.m. it happened that we didn't have lunch before, and the staff could not even offer us some nuts or snacks or sandwiches. The restaurant was there, linked with the reception. We saw the fruit (leftovers from breakfast) but we could not buy them:( Very weird...

Very comfortable room and great location, with one side of the building overlooking the Cité de l'Espace. We were initially given a room in the opposite side of the building so we asked to change the room and the hotel's staff were happy to do it.
