I like everything about this hotel. The apartment, being in centre city close to metro station that takes you anywhere you want to go. The staff where nice. The cleaners and change of daily towels the kitchen I cooked. The air conditioning.the view from apartment to outside.the fair was ok. only thing was I was not not able to check in on time as I arrived hotel too early before their usual check in policy. I had to wait on the reception till almost 1pm, if you have early morning flight, better stay at the airport where you can relax a bit till 12noon. The hotel do not have reception seats comfortable enough to rest.

It is a nice modern building. There is a built-in kitchen with toaster, coffee machine and induction oven. There is not so many pans to cook with. Anyway You can manage a little breakfast easily. The street in front is very lively with kebab houses all along. The city centre is like 30 minutes by feet and there is a metro station in 10 minutes walk.

The neighbors woke me up at 6:30. It seems the sound isolation is very poor. I found a hair holder of a previous visitor below the bed, so it was probably not cleaned there, but visually, everything was very clean.

Very good value for money Liked · High quality of work and friendliness of staff. Location and safety of the room (windows overlook the courtyard - as we requested during booking; reliable blinds with electromechanical control). Quiet and calm atmosphere, despite the holidays (the New Year eve). Safe and convenient underground garage (a large car parking area) for guests. Easy access to the hotel, garage and room using a single magnetic key card - at any time of the day. Possibility of checking-in and car parking before the 'official' check-in hour (but of course it depends on the season). Efficient and quiet operation of the room's air heating/conditioning system. The kitchenette is well equipped, with a spacious refrigerator and an efficient freezer section. The hotel is conveniently located next to the metro station. Several grocery sops within a walking (five minutes max) distance. In the past, we booked this hotel several times.

A minor repair to the bathroom door (a noticeable dent on the door's surface) and adjustment of the lock and handle of the bathroom door would be desirable to rate our positive review even higher. The smell of smoke (likely due to an in-room smoking lasting effect) was felt once in the hallway, and the source was possibly in one of the neighboring rooms during a cleaning procedure; but IMHO this was not the fault of the hotel staff).

It's a mostly good reasonably prized aparthotel. I liked the firm bed, maybe someone else wants a softer one. Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was simple but ok when I had it once. The kitchenette has some equipment and plates, glasses etc. The laundry room is reasonably prized and convenient (though laundry is twice faster in some other self service laundry).

The shower sucks. It has no threshold to the bathroom, and as usual, water then gets everywhere. I learned to only shower under a very small trickle. The shower head will not stay in position. The hallway floor next to bathroom had signs of serious water damage.

The room was veeeery spacious and comfortable. The bed and bedding was great and we had 2 baby beds for our kids as well Almost next to Saint Michel station and many Carrefours around it The apparthotel is very well equipped, could use a capsule coffee machine instead since its more convenient for travellers. They have a bag storage service if you come on early.

It even kinda had a lobby area, I guess for shoes, bags and coats, but takes some space as well from the rest of the room. On site breakfast looks very gloomy The area where it is located is under repairs and is somewhat shady but we didnt have any issues at all No shuttles of any kind (nor advice)

Apartment was very well laid out and had everything needed. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning was good. Parking underground was good.

Fridge leaked. Roadworks along the road so could not access the apartheid to start with. Had to park away from the hotel and walk. When we had a passkey the road workers let us through the barrier to access the hotel and park in the car park. We should have been advised in advance.

Clean, comfortable and very well equipped kitchen. Also the heating worked perfectly, very important for us as it was very cold outside. The gentleman on reception was very helpful and we found all the staff were friendly and approachable. We will definitely return.

Because we have a dog it was necessary to leave a damage deposit of €150 which is not a problem. My only complaint is that four days later i still have not had the deposit returned to my card.

Overall pretty happy with my stay. The room was clean, the AC worked well in the warm weather and the kitchen was reasonably well stocked. The bathroom and bedroom were quite large and there was lots of natural light. My part of the hotel seemed fairly quiet. I can't speak for those staying closer to the fairly busy road on which it is located. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location is conveniently located to the metro and generally pretty close to the centre of Toulouse.

The kitchen was pretty small, with not much room for prepping or doing any cooking more complicated than making some pasta or something equally simple. Also, the only bowls they had were really shallow and kind of a pain to use. I know that's a bit of a small complaint, but it gets annoying when trying to have breakfast every day! I would also say that the room could do with a bit of a refresh. For example, some of the tiles in the bathroom were broken, and the skirting was evidently badly scuffed. Is that a big issue? Not really, but it's also not difficult to fix.

Quiet, clean, spacious, kitchenette + fridge with plates and cutlery, breakfast was serviceable, air conditioning was great, location was pretty good, bed was comfortable and there were good large windows.

The laundry machines were always, ALWAYS taken. There's only 2 and they are the same ones the staff uses for the room cleaning. I was checking constantly and they were never available. Don't count on them or be prepared to plan your schedule around it for a time.

The location and the staff were incredible. They let us check in earlier and keep our luggages safe for free. All facilities were included in the room. Really close to the tram for the airport, the metro and the city center

In our 4 people bedroom the access to the room was difficult when the bed couch was open.
