The gentleman at reception was very professional, friendly, thoughtful and welcoming. In the room, the view was superb, I liked the bathroom with mirrors, a nice bath and stylish decoration. I enjoyed having a Nespresso coffee machine, room to hang my clothes, a safe, some luxury orange smelling products in the bathroom and, obviously, a very comfy bed.

The room could do with a bit of refreshment (the wallpaper in the entrance and the ceiling in the bathroom) but, really, it is not very important at all as the view on the Garonne easily distracts from these details. I understand that repairing the terrasse would involve a lot of building work and a big budget but that would be awesome. In the meantime, watching the Garonne from the windows is already a very nice treat.

We really enjoyed this hotel and would happily come back again. Lovely, original decor and it smells so good! The room was comfortable with a great view over the river, yet excellent sound proofing made it feel like we were watching the world passing by on mute. Some staff members were friendlier than others, but everyone was helpful and pleasant. Great wifi, excellent housekeeping and we appreciated the location.

Not a big fan of the hand-held shower, but pressure and temperature were great. And our double bed was two single beds pushed together, and each had dips in them, so perhaps time to flip/replace them. But we still slept well!

Very comfortable bed, Panier des Sens cosmetics in the bathroom. The receptionist is extremely nice and helpful. The view from the window is simply magical! And in general, a great area, a wonderful place! Everything is easily accessible both on foot and by public transport.

Breakfast was bland, pancakes were completely cold even if I came early for breakfast. Furniture, walls are in desperate need of repair. It didn't bother me, but more sensitive guests might be surprised...

Central location, artist designed rooms with a good view of the bridge and river from the room.

Would have preferred a shower rather than a bathtub and the particular room we had needed some renovation. I get the artist approach to individual room design but the completely mirrored bathroom and black walls in this one was a bit much.

Fantastic location on the river front and just a short walk from most points of interest. Lots of lively bars & restaurants in the area, Esquirol metro about 5 minutes away and only 10 mins on foot from the Capitol. Canal du Midi and the gardens are maybe 20mins walk. This is a great base for exploring the city.

Our 3rd floor room was very small - we stayed as part of a longer trip so we had quite a lot of luggage. Once the suitcases were in, there wasn't much room for us. 360-degree mirrors in the bathroom may be great for the young & sexy crowd but for those of us well past our prime it's not really what we want to see in the shower!

I loved its quirky decorations and art work. I loved my room and the view of the river. I loved the location but mostly I loved the staff. The two gentlemen on reception were kind, however the younger man went above and beyond to help me with every thing I asked. Exceptional service. The breakfast was great and the restaurant beside it was fabulous also.

Lovely unique hotel with great views over the river from our bedroom and such friendly and helpful staff. We did not have the breakfast but the the best thing was the location which is perfect for wandering around Toulouse.

The plug sockets are in weird places (there was one next to the toilet, another above the radiator but hidden by a shelf!) but not really a problem once we found them!

Great central location, super-helpful and friendly staff. Great design throughout – apart from my room, although it did have a lovely view of the river.

One of the reasons I booked it was because of the quirky decor, but unfortunately I think I got the only room that was bland and in need of some love. Still a good place to stay though

Very cozy hotel in an old building with plenty of charm. Squeaky floorboards, paintings on the walls. We loved the bathroom. We did not try the breakfast. We had a view on the Garonne river. The location, right next to the Pont Neuf and the Esquirel metro station is fantastic.

Make sure to get an Arty room. The "Classique" rooms are a little on the small side.

Loved my room with a view and room art. Professional, friendly and informed staff. Great coffee /cafe nearby recommended by staff. Location is about 10-15 mins walk from the Capitole, and about a 3 min walk to the metro. Lots of local restaurants, including one with the hotel, though I didn't get to eat there.
