Everything; location is amazing; walking distance to all main attractions; no need to spend money on transport. Young ladies at the reception desk were very helpful, friendly, polite and professional. The hotel's location is on the main road, which is very convenient for female solo travellers returning back to the room later in the evening. No noise from the street was heard in the room. Next to the hotel is a supermarket and lots of take away restaurants. Breakfast is a continental buffet, but i found it very good for €10 which you pay additionally. For me, this hotel could easily be a 4-star hotel. Metro is in front of the hotel; 3 stops to the train station. Or 2 stops to the station where a shuttle bus goes to the airport (1/2 to airport by shuttle). Otherwise, a taxi ordered from the hotel to the airport is €38; no need for it at all. Next to the hotel is a brassery; they have cassoulet; very tasty, traditional meal, huge portions; 2 people can easily share it. Overall, clean, comfortable, safe hotel, with very convenient location.

It is a bit pricey, but for the above benefits; it is definitely worth it.

Awesome location. The hotel room was larger than typical. The windows were soundproof so we were not bothered by people out late. There was a water cooler near our room by the elevator which felt like a luxury. Staff were friendly and made sure to call us to advise us they were testing the fire alarm system.

The bathroom door did not close all the way and is near the beds so a little awkward! Sound carried!

Beautiful accommodation, very large room in an old house with real attention to detail, very quiet location, really enjoyed my stay and was sorry I had only booked one night

There is nothing to put here. The location suited me because it was close to th train station, shops and places to eat, but it is about a 15/20 minutes walk to the old medieval town

The location is excellent if you enjoy being in the middle of everything! The sound proofing in the rooms is very good so you can't hear a thing from the busy streetlife or traffic outside. Very comfortable beds and good lighting in the room. At least, the corner room has a bathroom separated with opal glass walls in the room (no sound proof, for example) - this was ok for us, being an established couple, but might be disturbing for other types of companies. The city is beautiful full with many cultural interests even in walking distance and going around with citybikes is cheap, easy and wonderful - especially along Canal du midi. All kinds of shopping just steps away from your door! The hotel staff is lovely and warmest thanks to them all for bearing up with us practising our skills in French! Breakfast is served in a small room which felt a bit cramped at busy times but is so well-organised it didn't bother. Breakfast included a few options of yogurt, fresh fruit salad and whole fruit, boiled eggs and of course tasty, fresh baguette in addition to the normal continental breakfast. Also, a nice variety of tea is offered and home baked cake or pie. Warmest regards to the lovely 'breakfast lady'! We'll be coming back!

The only negative aspect of the location are the gloomy people outside; they have camped themselves right in front of the hotel with big dogs. Nothing happened to us but sometimes it all felt a bit threatening.

The staff and location were great. Very helpful and accomodating to questions and needs. It was close to underground and everything we needed. Convenience store was handy. A nice walk to the river and either sides of the town hall.

The room was small. The bathroom configuration with the door opening out onto bedroom was awkward. There was not enough desk/ shelf space to put belongings. The noise from the laneway downstairs was such that we had to close the window night and morning for a peaceful sleep.

The location was great with lots of restaurants in the vicinity. Arrived in a downpour in the evening and the young girl on the desk was very helpful in directing us to a restaurant after we dried off. She was wonderful throughout our stay in locating various places for us.

The room was perfect. It is incredible how many sound and noise the windows are able to cancel, since there was a party outside, and it was barely impossible to hear it from the inside, which is great. The breakfast was ok, there was a water fountain at the corridor and the people is kind. Awesome place to stay.

Everything was perfect.

The bedroom and bathroom were a good size with a double-size shower (although no bidet, which is common in French hotels and different to Italy where we live ). the reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was excellent, with an underground Metro stop right outside and just a very short walk to the river and the main square ( Capitole ). A late night supermarket and McDonalds were also right next door. ( But see below also for this. )

Because of the late night McDonalds and supermarket some people might not be comfortable with the kind of " night-life " that can sometimes be associated with this, but this is a minor issue in the overall positive nature of the hotel and it's location and we would certainly return to this hotel in the future.

The hotel is based in a perfect position. Everything is close and well linked. Close the hotel some groceries and bars. Rooms ok, enough big for 2 people.

In the bathrooms was missed the ventilation system for the vapor of the shower. Breakfast to much easy, the coffe machine under our expectation for the coffe.

The single room was small yet well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a bathroom. Everything seemed to be clean. I also liked that the room had a small electric kettle for making tea and coffee, although I would have enjoyed a greater variety of teas (no green tea was on offer), and personally would appreciate a nice big mug rather than single-use cardboard cups. Although my room was facing the street, it was quiet, and I did not hear much noise from other rooms either. The staff was always very friendly and nice, making me feel welcomed.
