Location, comfortable beds and quite clean and smart decorated rooms

- shower is on a bathtub and there's no place to hang the shower head. Making it quite inconvenient to clean yourself - breakfast is paid apart, cant recall if 10 or 15 euros per person, but totally unimpressive and not many options. Cakes and cookies still wrapped in plastic .Still I admit it's better to pay them and have a basic bfast than having it in a café outside where you pay the same and get even less - such a big building and you'd expect them to have a storage room for your luggage ... but they dont or if they do I wasnt given this option I needed to leave my belongings in a corner from the reception

Great location. Very friendly staff. My coworker was given a room where the bar downstairs was very loud, and she wanted to have a nap but it was too disruptive. So she went down to the reception to request a different room and although the staff first resisted to change her room, they helped her move into a quieter room in the end.

The rooms were a bit small and didn't have a fridge, water, or a kettle. Also, I don't think there's A/C.

The hotel was very smart and well presented. Location was fine as we travelled by train. The shuttle bus was excellent. Our room was comfortable and clean, and although facing the street it was quiet. The receptionist was very helpful advising on restaurants and where to get the shuttle bus. However we were told we needed cash for shuttle bus but driver wanted card payment.

We would have liked some facility for making a drink in the room and some water for drinking would also be good. The Wi-Fi was ok but not easy to log into. For a superior double room it lacked space and facilities.

The staff were incredibly nice and did a very good job in making my short stay really pleasant despite language barrier. Everything is walking distance. Also, the hotel is easy to reach from the airport.

The bathroom is a bit too small, like usually most of the hotels in Europe. I didn't have breakfast because there are lots of other places to eat nearby so I wanted to try them out. French cuisine is a must.

The location is great! Right in the heart of city center. Lots of activity, bars, and restaurants right at the front door. The windows opened up to give a good breeze. The bed was big and comfy and the pillows were great! The staff was friendly and polite.

Its is a small space. Like, not just the room the whole hotel. Very little elevator. Very little shower. Very little toilet. None of this was a big deal for me, but it was noticeable. The walls were also pretty thin. It was pretty loud in the mornings when other rooms were being cleaned. It wasn't a big deal for me, but I could see if being an issue for others.

City centre, parking next door (be sure to ask hotel reception for 50% discount ticket)

If your room is on the "Wilson Square" side of the hotel be aware there is a camera on the building site wall opposite which can look into your room!

Everything is quite good, modern and clean. High quality. Near to the center. Almost no place to park near.

The walls are too thin. No sound isolation. The alarm clock in the other room wakes you up. I am very angry of that. If you want to relax and sleep well, maybe u will not be able. And can hear everything in the other rooms

Its location and the decoration is well thought out. The breakfast was very good and the staff very helpful.

The bathroom was very small and it was hard to get in and out of the shower because of where it is located. Larger people would not be able to get in! Very tall people would not be able to sit on the toilet.

Good price for a hotel so near the city centre. Everything you want in Touloulse is just a short walk away

Best location in Toulouse! Nearby trains, Mateo , restaurants, bares and cafes!! Pleasant little room ! Very clean ! For a weekend or a short stay it’s a awesome choice ! Staff also very friendly!!!

There’s no curtains in the shower ! (Even though is small if fits any kind of curtain there ! ) it maked me nervous, had the whole bathroom wet every time I shower
