Located close to the busiest street, view on bus station, well connected to the airport (shuttle just behind the corner), noisy but the room was quiet.

receptionists have to manage 10 other things (like sorting incoming clean towels and linen, or breakfast) and do not really have the time to be receptionists.

Hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment. Everything is very dated!

Really comfortable bed, clean, great location

The beds were really comfortable, bathroom facilities were clean and the reception staff exceptional . Good central location.

The hotel has an agreement with Jeanne d’ Arc parking opposite, 18 euros for 24hrs. On the morning we were meant to leave for Toulouse airport we were trapped in the underground parking lot for at least 30 minutes, with the QR code not scanning, the barrier and exit doors not lifting. The reception staff were very helpful but the parking staff ( only available by phone) were not. Apparently this happens not infrequently? Avoid!! Last thing you need when you are on tight time restrictions! !

Location was very central, close to the train station as well as bus and metro stops. Quite convenient since I arrived pretty late. The room was also very clean and air conditioning was perfect for the hot weather at that time!

My room was at the back and had to be accessed via an unmarked door / corridor (i.e., no sign indicating that room #X was down that way). There was also no light in the corridor, so it was quite tricky to find as I arrived very late in the evening.

The property is very well located close to the Jeanne d‘Arc station. It is at a walking distance from the city center, the Capitole, the Basilique,… The staff was very kind and always willing to help and provide a confortable stay. People in general in Toulouse are friendly and with a willingnes to help. The room was well equipped: shower with bath, cabinet in the room, hairdryer and clean bath and bed sets.

The room was not perfectly noise insulated, so that we could hear people walking on the corridors. But guests were respectful and it was not a big issue.

The staff was wery kind and assisted me and My college throughout the stat. The rooms were lovely, the shower functioned wery well and there was lots of hot water. There were double windows so the room was very quiet. The breakfast offerend lots of options, I appreciated the soy milk that was available and the cereals (oats, cornflakes, chocolate chips and muesli, plus raisins and dried apricots) peanut butter and jam.

This is a really nice hotel located close both to the Matabiau railway station and the historical centre (the Saint-Sernin basilica is in a five-minutes walking distance), easily accessible by metro. My room was on the third floor (accessible by elevator) and had everything I needed, including a kettle and cups, and enough light. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was fine, but could be more varied. Anyway, I would consider staying in this hotel again if I happen to come back to Toulouse.

The bed and pillows were not extremely comfortable, and there were only large towels. The electric socket near the bed did not work when the light was turned off. The room had a window in the courtyard with somewhat noisy ventilation, but it did not work at night, so it was absolutely quiet in the end. The sewage in the shower seemed to be clogged.

Clean rooms, generous breakfast with organic approach, cooperative well-informed competent employees. When I had a medical condition they suggested a good source of medical support. Central location. Highly recommended for sightseeing or business. During my 5 night stay I only had to take a bus once. Very satisfied guest.

The electrical outlets need an update.

We arrived at Le Clocher de Rodez via taxi from the airport. Don't be alarmed if the meter shows a fixed fare from the start of your journey - this is normal from the airport. The taxi fare was 35 euros plus a 5 euro supplement. Also be aware that some airport taxis don't have credit card facilities so have some cash handy however, there is also an airport shuttle bus that stops right outside of the hotel which is cheaper. We stayed at Le Clocher de Rodez twice due to its close proximity to the train station (an easy walk with a suitcase). We stayed in room 121 first and then 218 next time. Both rooms were very spacious with spacious bathrooms. Very clean and comfortable with large beds. Room 121 was an inside facing room so was very quiet whilst 218 faced the street and caught a lot of late night street noise however, it did have internal doors that could be closed to reduce the noise. The television settings can be adjusted to different languages. The location is excellent - very close to the main street and within walking distance to a lot of attractions. Many bars, restaurants and shops close by. There is a small night market right next door which is handy. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Maps were freely available at the front desk.

We were fine with it but there wasn't a safe in the room.
