Located close to the busiest street, view on bus station, well connected to the airport (shuttle just behind the corner), noisy but the room was quiet.

receptionists have to manage 10 other things (like sorting incoming clean towels and linen, or breakfast) and do not really have the time to be receptionists.

Really comfortable bed, clean, great location

The staff was wery kind and assisted me and My college throughout the stat. The rooms were lovely, the shower functioned wery well and there was lots of hot water. There were double windows so the room was very quiet. The breakfast offerend lots of options, I appreciated the soy milk that was available and the cereals (oats, cornflakes, chocolate chips and muesli, plus raisins and dried apricots) peanut butter and jam.

This is a really nice hotel located close both to the Matabiau railway station and the historical centre (the Saint-Sernin basilica is in a five-minutes walking distance), easily accessible by metro. My room was on the third floor (accessible by elevator) and had everything I needed, including a kettle and cups, and enough light. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was fine, but could be more varied. Anyway, I would consider staying in this hotel again if I happen to come back to Toulouse.

The bed and pillows were not extremely comfortable, and there were only large towels. The electric socket near the bed did not work when the light was turned off. The room had a window in the courtyard with somewhat noisy ventilation, but it did not work at night, so it was absolutely quiet in the end. The sewage in the shower seemed to be clogged.

We arrived at Le Clocher de Rodez via taxi from the airport. Don't be alarmed if the meter shows a fixed fare from the start of your journey - this is normal from the airport. The taxi fare was 35 euros plus a 5 euro supplement. Also be aware that some airport taxis don't have credit card facilities so have some cash handy however, there is also an airport shuttle bus that stops right outside of the hotel which is cheaper. We stayed at Le Clocher de Rodez twice due to its close proximity to the train station (an easy walk with a suitcase). We stayed in room 121 first and then 218 next time. Both rooms were very spacious with spacious bathrooms. Very clean and comfortable with large beds. Room 121 was an inside facing room so was very quiet whilst 218 faced the street and caught a lot of late night street noise however, it did have internal doors that could be closed to reduce the noise. The television settings can be adjusted to different languages. The location is excellent - very close to the main street and within walking distance to a lot of attractions. Many bars, restaurants and shops close by. There is a small night market right next door which is handy. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Maps were freely available at the front desk.

We were fine with it but there wasn't a safe in the room.

Clean rooms, generous breakfast with organic approach, cooperative well-informed competent employees. When I had a medical condition they suggested a good source of medical support. Central location. Highly recommended for sightseeing or business. During my 5 night stay I only had to take a bus once. Very satisfied guest.

The electrical outlets need an update.

The location was very central. The young lady on reception when we arrived was very friendly and helpful. The bed was fairly comfortable. The shower was hot, when it eventually got to temperature. The towels were huge which was lovely. We didn’t have breakfast there (I think she said it was €12,90/person) but there is a boulangerie over the road with lovely croissants and pain au chocolat.

The listing says the hotel has parking which we wanted , being in the city centre. However, when we arrived, we discovered that it doesn’t have its own parking - they have negotiated a discounted rate of €16 in the car park outside, instead of the normal €26. Arriving on a Sunday, we were told that it’s free parking on the streets until 9am on Monday. We were lucky to find an on street parking space not too far away. As I said above, the shower was lovely and hot but it took about 5 minutes for it to get there and finding the right place on the dial.

Lovely big room, contemporary comfort and decor and big street level windows. Lovely looking hotel, nice comfortable and contemporary bar/dining area. Great location.

Issue with shower... water flows freely from shower base and can flood if you're not very, very careful! Mentioned problem to reception and asked if there were mats or something to put around - it felt as though something must be missing! Reception helpful and friendly discussing it, but no promised mats appeared, so we had to be extremely careful and quick the next day.

The value can't be beat. It's a little funky, but the location is perfect for seeing the lovely old part of the city--the cathedral, the central square, the markets and shops. Bus station right across the street; the free shuttle that goes around the city also stops right in front of the hotel. The staff was wonderful and so helpful. There was no request that was not met with a smile and good cheer. All of the amenities were good: comfortable bed, hot shower and bath.

Not a luxury stay, a little funky with a circuitous path to the room, but worked just fine for me. The value for the money is what made this stay pleasant.

The room faced the back rather than the street, was quiet and the bed very comfortable. There is an elevator. The breakfast buffet was huge, with lots of choices. The hotel is in easy walking distance to Saint-Sernin, the Place du Capitole, and the historic part of the city. The airport bus stops on the corner. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

The name implies that it's next to the train station, but it's several blocks away. If you have luggage, you'll need to take a taxi. (Not expensive.) The shower is in a bathtub and you need to take a large step to get into and out of it. There are no handholds to help you do so.
