The breakfast was one of the best we've experienced: organic everything (or nearly), very wide range of offerings, fresh viennoiseries, charcuterie, cheese, breads, very clean, pretty cutlery and tableware, possibility for zero waste (I was tempted by a whole milk yogurt - creamy and delicious so one plastic cup). Excellent value for the money. Penelope (front desk) was super friendly and helpful. They have all these little details like quality water dispensers with pitchers and glasses to take to your room, candy and snacks, mini fussball, reading areas with material. Too many amenities to list and enjoy because our stay was too short. The location is great too! I'm not giving the 10 Innès deserves because the only time I gave a well deserved 10, Booking did not believe me.

The room was a tad small. I did not favor the carpeting in the hall on our floor (but the room had new "wood" floor which easy to clean.) I can't think of anything else I did not like.

Brilliant location close to the train station and so close to the city centre. Loved the focus on sustainability. The water fountain and reusable bottles kept us cool throughout. Great coffee from the free machine with optional Monin syrups. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I can't remember everyone's name but Penelope gave us a 5 star welcome and introduced us to the city. Will happily seek out Happy Culture hotels elsewhere in France.

We booked late and would have liked a slightly bigger room but will book ahead next time!

I stayed two nights, and the facility was just suitable for my needs during this period. I found it clean, with good wifi, great location with proximity to the centre and 10 minutes from the Train station. And then most importantly, the charming disposition of the staff (both the reception team and the kitchen team) they were all nice and courteous. The personalized welcome note from Clara was just topnotch, that was a great concept, and I commend the hotel for that. It is important to note that the hotel is an ecological conscious establishment, hence this impact certain things they offer or may not offer you, so be aware of this. In all, I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Toulouse.

I really liked the size of my room and the modern installations. It was a great place to stay for a few days! The location is great. Penelope was super helpful, including a guide of the city to give us an idea of the order to see things in the city. Penelope is the best receptionist!

We put the sign on the door the night before to have the room cleaned, and we left the next morning and the cleaner was in a room next to ours when we left. We assumed ours would be cleaned next. We came back at 7 pm and nothing had been cleaned in our room unfortunately.

The superior room was good - smallish but immaculate. Good quality bathrobes and technology. I like the fact that there was Earl Grey tea at breakfast. The free drinks in the lobby are good too. Pleasant and efficient receptionists. Though located in an unremarkable street, it is conveniently located midway between the station and the main town square. It is also only two minutes away from the bus stop for the airport shuttle.

Breakfast was okay but lacked certain things, namely, a good selection of fruit.

We stayed in Toulouse at the end of a stay in Southwest France by chance as the TGV trainline to Paris was damaged by severe storms and we could not get back to the UK as planned. It was very last minute but we liked the reviews and wanted a reasonably priced Hotel until we could get a flight back home. This was exactly what we hoped it would be. Lovely staff and small Hotel. Great area for restaurants and pubs just minutes away.

It suited us perfectly for the couple of days in Toulouse.

Nice hotel, good location - very central, clean, decent room, quiet with little noise internal or external. Close to metro, bus station and airport buses. Great local bar not far from the hotel (Bar Le Concorde). Toulouse is just great!

Air conditioning is centrally controlled by reception, took us a while to figure that out but it came good in the end. Although the bus station is just along the street, that is not where you catch the Airport shuttle bus - it would have been better had the reception staff made that clear, just a language barrier issue.

We liked the location which was just a few minutes away from the town and when u walked back to the hotel in the afternoon or evening it became quiet again from all the noise in the city.The staff were very nice and polite,always eager to help.The breakfast was quite good also.Free coffee,tea and water all day around was also a great plus.The sitting area was small and cosy.Rooms were good also and what I liked a lot was the fact that the toilet and bathroom+shower were in two separate rooms.Bed was ok and space for clothes was cramped but we found a way to store our clothes.Stayed 4 nights.

Staff were superb. Checked in late in the evening, showed us where secure alternative parking was at the hotel rate . Opened the bar for us. Borrowed a bottle opener from them . Nothing was to much trouble for them. A great start to our stay after the long drive in the rain .They gave us a map and suggestions for a walk about the following day.Extremely helpful . Breakfast was superb , hot food or continental .set us up for the day .fantastic location.metro station nearby.comfortable walking distance to city centre. Toulouse is a beautiful city. All good. Had a great stay there.

Had no issues with anything in the hotel . Loved it .
