The main train station is super close and the bus stops for the bus from the airport are very accessible and within 10 minutes walk of the hotel. Staff were very pleasant and approachable. Breakfast was great and nice coffee! I didn’t get to use the gym but there is a cross trainer, a bike, and some free weights so enough to get by during a short trip.

Late checkout is not very friendly. Even if you only want an extra hour, then hotel policy is that they will charge you half a night rate (if you check out anytime between 11am-3pm). This is reasonable if you do need extra time but it’s not very flexible like in other hotels. However, just plan ahead!

Location was perfect, 4 min walk from the bus station where we got the airport shuttle. It is central and most landmarks are within walking distance. Room was clean and it had a small well equipped kitchenette with a fridge and a microwave and basic utensils. Staff were nice and helpful and gave us a map of the city and pointed us to some places of interest.

The A/C was left on in our room prior to our arrival and it was quite cold. I found it unnecessary as it was not that hot outside.

We've been going from city to city in France, and this place was honestly amongst the best stays that we had, we are a big group of 9, and we rented 3 apartments. They were all amazing, spacious, and clean. Noor, the receptionist was amongst the best we've met! He was very helpful in giving us tips about Toulouse, was very patient and respectful, he managed to find us a parking, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Just to write something in here, the water flow on the 4th was a bit slow, but nothing to ruin the stay, as the rest of the room was perfect. Plus the metro station is at a 5-7min walking distance.

Very comfortable. Adult couple with teenager,plenty of room for us all.Well equipped kitchen to prepare food and a lovely big balcony.spotlessly clean and centrally located.If you're exploring Toulouse it's perfectly located to walk everywhere from the accommodation.

Breakfast was not included and we chose to sample the local fare from a boulangerie up the road which was far better value.

The on-site car parking was secure and very useful for us to visit Aeroscopia (to the north) and Cite de l'Espace (south east). The location was close to the Toulouse-Matabiau station, so we decided to visit Carcassone by train and have a driving-free day. The hotel was a short walk to the Toulouse town centre. We enjoyed walking around the town and down to the grassy promenade next to the Garonne and the old bridge. The bathroom was a good size, and the kitchenette was sufficient for breakfast, lunch, and light dinners. I recommend Au Poussin Rose for a light dinner of take-away quiche and a pastry, and Restaurant Le Bon Vivre for a very filling cassoulet or Toulouse sausage dinner.

I didn't like the low sloping beam over the bed (4th/top floor) and the lack of a bed lamp on my side. The surrounding area was a bit seedy with sex shops at one end of the street, and the other end near the station was littered and had beggars. However, I never felt threatened, and the hotel was secure.

A spacious and comfortable room and a balcony with table and chairs. The reception people where very helpful and showed us a few places on the map to visit. A 5-10 minute walk to the canal, bus, and train stations. Also within walking distance of the city centre and entries. Would recommend.

Nothing really.

The location is ideal for travellers using the SNCF station or the airport shuttle. From the apartment it is a gentle 15 minute walk to the city centre. We drove to the apartment and used the private parking, which was secure and very convenient. The apartment was spotlessly clean and adequately equipped. The bed was comfortable. The reception staff took the trouble to phone us when we didn't arrive at the expected time. We got caught in a hail storm on the motorway which delayed us, but we arrived during reception opening hours, so did not need to use the out of hours procedure.

Our apartment was on the top floor and had some areas of restricted headroom. This is an inconvenience for men of average height or above. I am in that group and needed to take care moving around the bedroom. It did not detract from the experience.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very well appointed, good size and clean. The pool was great. Secure parking was nice to have.

Location was average unless you want easy access to the large train station. We had a room on the top floor with a very low ceiling - my partner is very tall so hit his head a couple of times getting around the room.

The location slightly away from the centre but well within walking. Having a separate bedroom with living and small kitchen very useful. Balcony was great. I would recommend taking the breakfast if you want a quick start to the day.

Reception is shut between 11 and 3pm which is fine once you have checked in but we arrived after 11 as we were delayed. However we were able to leave our luggage in a sister hotel down the road so no big deal but would be if you had loads of luggage.

The location close to train station . Less than 5minutes away. The quiet street . The small gym and sauna were a plus . And the professional staff

The curtains could be put longer so it covers the light in the morning . It's a little bit inconvenient for someone sensitive to light in the morning.
