Having a kitchenette in the room, with a small frig, was handy for some meals. The breakfast downstairs was very good. For lodging in the city, having a small soaking pool and sauna in an outside area was a plus. It was great to be able to leave luggage when we first arrived, before the official check-in time. Once we learned the layout of the city, we walked everywhere.

When we first arrived, it was not clear how to access the locked door on the street. The photos on the web page seemed to portray a larger swimming pool.

The room was super comfy with air conditioning able to go from super cold to anywhere higher temp, you have the controls. The room was nice and quiet with good room darkening curtains. The kitchenette was very well equipped for cooking with a set of clean pans, dishes, silverware, dish towel, washing liquid and sponge. Even a mini dishwasher. Lidl supermarket and train station walking distance. The staff were all very sweet. There is a very good breakfast available for an extra cost. The man taking care of the breakfast is extra nice.

The pool is super tiny. I knew it would be small from the photos, but it was SO small. A couple of small maintenance issues in my room 302, stains on the carpet and a small issue on the bathroom wall. Otherwise, I loved the hotel!

We liked the comfortable bed, spacious room. The kitchenette was a bonus even though we didn’t use it. Location was very convenient, walking distance to the train station and airport shuttle, and close enough to the main attractions. The Air conditioning was much appreciated given the 40C temperatures! The staff at the front desk was very helpful and courteous.

The bathroom was larger than needed yet the bathtub was very narrow and as it was raised the ceiling was quite low - I’m 163cm and could touch the ceiling! Also the shower head holder was loose so the shower head kept falling off. That said it was a minor nuisance.

Customer service and friendliness is a big 10. the room is great for the price.

The street has some prostitutes and street people because of its proximity to the train station. I have to say, that it was my intent to be near the train station and therefore it was my choice. Anywhere one goes nowadays, being street smart is necessary. It doesn’t matter whether you are in upscale area, or not. At times an upscale area is even more dangerous. They did not bother me, it just threw me off in the beginning. Knowing that they are there kind of prepared me for the rest of Toulouse city proper. The bums, beggars, prostitutes were everywhere. The hotel overall was awesome! I enjoyed the breakfast a great deal. I am staying in a five star hotel right now in another city and I must say the breakfast at St Exupery is better.

The hotel is located near several eateries open throughout the week, and the historical downtown area is within easy walking distance. The apartment's kitchenette is well appointed and enables an easy stay for families. Guests also have access not only to the small pool at the hotel but also to the larger one at the other hotel in the Privilege group that's a 4-minute walk away - very exciting for our son!

The fold-out sofa bed for our son had creaky springs so you could hear each time he'd move on the bed.

Lovely spacious attic style room with very comfortable beds, including a very good sofa bed. Nice little kitchenette and balcony. Staff were very helpful and friendly - offering tips on the area and allowing us to leave our luggage for a couple of hours, after checking out. Location is really quiet yet close walk to train, bus stations, local Sunday market, good cafes and restaurants.

Room was a bit hot on arrival due to central heating. Fortunately we were able to open doors and windows.

Excellent location. Super friendly and helpful staff. We were able to check in an hour beforehand. They stored our luggage for us after check out time for the whole day - that was amazing! Breakfast was great. My kids loved the pool and gym. Bus, metro & big train stations close by, so easy to get to all main tourist attractions!

Location was perfect, 4 min walk from the bus station where we got the airport shuttle. It is central and most landmarks are within walking distance. Room was clean and it had a small well equipped kitchenette with a fridge and a microwave and basic utensils. Staff were nice and helpful and gave us a map of the city and pointed us to some places of interest.

The A/C was left on in our room prior to our arrival and it was quite cold. I found it unnecessary as it was not that hot outside.

The main train station is super close and the bus stops for the bus from the airport are very accessible and within 10 minutes walk of the hotel. Staff were very pleasant and approachable. Breakfast was great and nice coffee! I didn’t get to use the gym but there is a cross trainer, a bike, and some free weights so enough to get by during a short trip.

Late checkout is not very friendly. Even if you only want an extra hour, then hotel policy is that they will charge you half a night rate (if you check out anytime between 11am-3pm). This is reasonable if you do need extra time but it’s not very flexible like in other hotels. However, just plan ahead!
