I’ve stayed twice here and each time I’ve had a “superior room. “ The first was the one shown above in the picture which, by anyone’s standards is HUGE with writing desk , safe and fridge. The decor is kind of chateau-esque and has obviously been like that for some time. It is spotlessly clean but some details like wallpaper, creaking doors are getting tired. I really enjoy staying here. All the staff are extremely friendly AND professional. Also if like me you are a die- hard smoker there is a charming courtyard where one can eat breakfast in the spring/summer & of course, puff 💨.

Maybe needs some new wallpaper in places.

The proximity to Gare Toulouse Matabiou was perfect. A decent walk to get to the main areas in Toulouse and a very short walk to the nearest supermarket, restaurants and bars. I had left another hotel before the end of my stay because this place had air conditioning. Honestly, that was the absolute winner for me. Staff were really helpful and the room was comfortable.

It's a shame... I really liked this hotel but the room needs some money spending on it. Wallpaper was peeling and it just looked like it needed a really good clean and sprucing up. It's the only thing that stops me giving it a 10.

Huge room and big bathroom with good shower. Kettle, safe, and walk in wardrobe. Friendly helpful staff. Good location near the station and airport bus. comfortable bed. Hand towels in bathroom which is becoming less that the norm.

Breakfast was basic tho not expensive. As I was only staying 2 days the little things like missing toilet and soap holders were not a problem. Couple of bulbs needed replacing which wasn't a problem except in the walk in wardrobe where it was difficult to see the workings of the safe. Air con effect took a while to reach the bed area as the room was so big.

My room was basic, clean and quiet. A good shower. Staff pleasant and helpful. A/C if you want it. It was just what I needed to get organised and rest before an early flight the next morning. The hotel is a short walk to the Bus / train station, so handy for the Aero shuttle bus for the airport in the morning. Still not so far to walk to the centre of town.

No issues with the hotel. Being near the station the area looks less cared for, but it is I think safe. Less issues that way than I have seen around hotels I have used nearer the centre.

I asked for a quiet room as I don't sleep well. I was assigned room 307, which exceeded my expectatons. It was extremely well insulated and quiet ( unusual for a hotel), the bedroom was very big, with a beautiful king size bed and a spacious desk. The bathroom featured 2 large and elegant wash basins, a large bath tub the size of a jacuzzi and a brand new shower with a spacious cublcle (again, a rare occurence in hotels).

The hotel was perfectly located next to the station in easy access to shops and restaurants. The room was air-conditioned when I arrived (perfect for cooling off from the summer heat) and had everything I needed for an overnight stay in Toulouse (comfy bed, private bathroom, curtains).

The facilities are slightly worn but beyond the slightly nervy elevator, this simply adds to the charm of the place.

Cozy tiny single room, very comfortable bed, window with street view, tv, good hot shower. Close to train station, shops.

Noise from the street early morning (construction works). Buffet breakfast with little options (no hot food). Some repair works performed in rooms have visible signs, looking old and needing renovation.

Basic but great value and would stay there again! Welcoming staff, very clean and very good location (especially handy if travelling to/from the station). Thank you.

No tea/coffee facilities in the room but you can get a coffee at reception for €1 so not an issue😊

Perfectly good hotel for a one-night night stop-over or longer. Everything you need at a good price, and close to both the railway station and the town centre.

There was a broken toilet roll holder in the room the jagged ends of which could have cause injury if not aware. I advised reception who said they would remove it.

Reception open 24/7, location in the centre of town and the staff was kind and helpful

There are still some improvements that can be made regarding furniture. But for a short stay, this hotel is a good choice
