Excellent location with decor as quirky as the hotel's name! Very friendly and helpful staff. They let checked out a bit later without a fuss. Really grateful for that so I could clean up after the Corrida Noel run in the morning. Staff at the bar/restaurant (very popular place) were also super cool! Loved having a huge bathroom! Unusual for many hotels.

My room was in a corner of the building so my window adjacent to another room's at 90 degrees. Too close for my liking. Would ask for a different room next time. The rooms are also designed as a narrow rectangular strip leading to the bed which fits snuggly in a square. No space around the bed. Maybe not so comfortable if staying for more than a few days.

Excellent in all aspects! Staff at the front desk were so helpful and polite! The rooms are not just beautiful and playful but practical and super comfortable! The bed is very big and comfortable so is the shower and bathroom. The restaurant is a must when you stay here and so is the roof bar! We didn't choose to have breakfast here, but the dinner was 10/10! The location of the hotel is perfect, walking distance to everything, close to train stations and surrounded by an area full of amazing restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, shops and it is safe to explore. Cleanliness is perfect from the sheets to the towels and squeaky clean bathroom. Last but not least, the design and quality of this hotel is just unique and makes the experience of staying somewhere besides your home a special highlight! Playful, fun, cheeky, and executed perfectly! Extra points from us go to the environmentally friendly ethos of the hotel if you are someone who cares. Also, they offered to safely store our luggage until it was time for our flight. You pay good money, but it is worth every penny!

There is nothing to complain about, really!

The room was quiet and comfortable, with a nice long built-in desk to work at. The atmosphere of the hotel is youthful and the decor interesting. There is a nice rooftop terrace for coffee, drinks or pizza.

The staff made me feel a little embarrassed when I tried to speak in French, but they also did not speak much English so it was a little hard to communicate even for very basic things like breakfast or coffee ordering. I was surprised, I thought a city like Toulouse would see its fair share of English speaking tourists but perhaps I'm wrong. My partner arrived on his flight too late to order pizza - even though it said the terrace closed later, you could not order pizza past a certain time (I think it was 9pm).

The staff were so warm and welcoming, in particular Mia took the time to show us a map of Toulouse and recommended where to explore. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and a nice view. Amenities are limited in-room but a fridge and basic toiletries were provided. Stylish design with a budget feel. Vibey ground floor means it can be a little noisy, although insulation is good. Phenomenal location moments away from the main shopping and restaurants.

Our air con wasn't working too well so we were a little hot, also a kettle or coffee machine in-room would be useful. The bar of soap for face, hair and body is a bit basic.

Comfortable and spotlessly clean room with a big shower. Bed was very comfy, AC was appreciated as it was warm. We had a room on the back of the hotel which was very quiet. Good location, close to all the attractions and restaurants Staff was friendly and efficient

We had a great stay, these are just little things could improve the overall stay - storage is a little sparse if you're staying for more than a night - provide an extra roll of toilet paper, ours fell on the floor as there was no support and got soaked - for stays over a night, replacing the free water bottles would be appreciated - I don't mind having to pay a security deposit but 8 days to refund it seems a bit long

Located in the heart of Toulouse so close to local attractions. Room was fine, soundproofing worked well, bed was comfortable and shower was great.

No hot drink making facilities in the room. Had an issue at check in where the Reception claimed they hadnt received payment for the room which was completed 2 weeks before stay. A substantial amount of money was therefore held as a deposit on my card which caused distress on my first evening. This was all sorted the morning after arrival by another Reception Staff Member.

I liked the concept, the designers really worked on the living and recreational spaces of this hotel. Restaurant downstairs was not crowded and there were things to do with kids. Kids were paid attention by all the personnel.

It was really windy day in Toulouse, and the window/terrace door made noise all day and night long. I could feel the wind blowing from the closed window lying under the bedsheets.

This hotel was excellent. Really imaginative, so much care had been put into every little detail. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect position for exploring the town. We had a meal in the restaurant which was not as good as we hoped but the service was immaculate and such a convienient option when you are travelling. They were also very flexible at breakfast and only charged us for the coffee and croisant we wanted.

I couldn't find anything to improve upon.

The Mama Shelter locations are so individually authentic it does not feel like a chain. The thought going into the design and the entertainment for each hotel is impressive. The location is great, just on the edge of the center, walking distance to the main train station, and the metro is right around the corner. The staff are very helpful and well trained to make guests feel like home. The restaurant is flawless, breakfast is delicious and has options for all tastes, including amazing pastries and pancakes. The rooftop is lovely and quite big in size, perfect for unwinding over a beverage at the end of the day. The room has a quirky design, very modern and everything is squeaky clean. The media tool on the TV is the best one I’ve seen offered in a hotel!

Staying on the fifth floor is right below the rooftop, so you can hear some of the noise upstairs through the ceiling. It doesn’t go into late hours, so may be a worry for light sleepers. We tried going to the cinema on location on two consecutive nights but the movie was not showing as advertised.

Funnest hotel we've stayed in. The spectacular lighting in the room was enough to win us over, but all the little touches of Mama's personality really made it a fun place to stay. The location is great, easy to get to by bus from the airport, loads of food and drink nearby and a pretty little park area with a fountain, good spot for a picnic. Very clean room, great shower, free toiletries, fluffy towels. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We didn't eat at the restaurant but we enjoyed a late night drink on the rooftop bar and spent a bit of time in the cinema. We didn't hear any noise at night time and slept like babies in our huge bed with the fluffiest pillows. We loved our stay so much we might plan another holiday around another Mama hotel somewhere else :D
