Location -- walking distance from the train station (I'm 80, my partner 78) and we had a huge cruise suitcase, rucksack, and a purse, and we walked it comfortably). The street is a gracious boulevard (allée) with beautiful buildings. Right outside is the bus to the airport and a few stps further down a Metro station. Lovely places to dine all round. And a short walk to all the major stories (Galeries Lafayette and independent boutique stores). The BED -- oh my -- you can lifyour head, your legs, in any comfortable combination, the duvet is soft and light,. And there is a small balcony. (A Juliette balcony with enough room for Romeo). A welcoming urn of lemon water awaited our every return.

I would have liked a bath tub -- but the shower was huge and easy.

- The room was modern and clean - Breakfast was really great (particularly for France), even with eggs of choice being freshly prepared. Also, a wide range of local specialties is offered. - WiFi was easy to use and fast. - The hotel is really perfectly located between the old town and the train station. Most sights can easily reached on foot, if not, both metro lines and many buses are two minutes away from the hotel. The area of the hotel was nice and also felt safe at night.

- My room seemed smaller than the 19 m² stated on booking.com - The room faced a "courtyard", which was more of a light inlet than an actual courtyard. This backyard was covered with a semi-transparent roof, so the window offered no view to the sky and no proper fresh air. - The entrance/check-in situation is weird, there's no reception, the bar serves as a makeshift reception.

Location is excellent 5 minutes walk to the city centre. Rooms modern, clean and tidy.

The hotel took a 500 euro deposit off my card on arrival, partly my error for not checking the amount when I did my pin. Instead of charging each person individually in the party it was a flat fee of 500 euro per room and wouldn't split it between two cards. If you like me only had a card with enough money on to cover your costs while away you can be left with no money! Was meant to refund on checkout but because it was a Sunday do not get refunded until Tuesday!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience. The location is perfect, with many attractions and restaurants nearby. The front desk staff was welcoming , especially Christophe, he helped so much and thank you for making Toulouse like home! Their service throughout my stay was exceptional. Every staff member was professional and attentive, addressing all my needs promptly. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. recommend it!

Lovely room with a great view. The room was very clean and the bed super comfortable. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Location was ideal for the metro and the airport bus connection, both right outside the hotel. I would recommend if visiting Toulouse.

Breakfast was good though often ran out of items which weren't replaced or took time to be replaced. Nespresso coffee was also not the best, real coffee would be much better. Very minor issues which didn't impact the enjoyment of our stay.

Convenient location combined with a tasteful interior makes for a great start. Rooms are comfortable with nice showers and coffee maker in the room (Nespresso). The staff is helpful and very friendly

No big points. The beds could be slightly longer and rooms are a bit on the warm side (fortunately a window can be opened in this room. These didn’t change the very positive balance in our satisfaction about the hotel :)

The room was very quiet. There was a small table and chairs, and a station for making tea and coffee. The bed was comfortable. Parking was available at the nearby Jean Jaures parking station for a capped fee of 15 Euros per day. We enjoyed drinks and complimentary nibbles at the hotel bar. Staff were very helpful. The location could not be more centrally located.

The room was a bit small for a double. There was no place to open our suitcases. The bathroom had a shower over a full size bath tub with no handrail to guard against slips and falls when getting out.

The hotel is in a perfect location to enjoy the city. The bus from the airport stops just opposite the hotel and you’re only a ten minute walk from the main train station. Our hotel room was fairly small but adequate for our needs….good nights sleep and a shower. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel, it’s a perfect base from which to explore Toulouse and Carcassonne.

We didn’t opt to have breakfast in the hotel and I was very relieved when I saw the breakfast area, rather dark and depressing.

Excellent hotel. Clean, basic accommodation with everything you need. Coffee machine and kettle provided, fridge in the room and drinking water available. The location is ideal, within walking distance of the main things to see in this lovely city. The shuttle bus from the airport stops very near the hotel and the train station is also within walking distance. The stall were all very friendly and helpful.

Rooms are small but have everything you need.

The room was bigger than we thought it would be and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was spacious enough as well and all amenities were very well thought about. Great to have a coffee machine with pods in the room as well. The staff were very helpful, we arrived quite early and they managed to check us in early. We didn't stay for breakfast as we were leaving early. Would recommend for your stay in Toulouse.
