The location was excellent! It is There is a metro station and bus stop (including from/to the airport). We booked a room with a garden view which overlooked the street which looks like a park, very well landscaped - we were happy with it. There was no noise in the room at all. The towels and sheets, bathroom and room were all clean - the shower was just a bit small - but maybe it's because I am not used to shower curtains :) We saw two members of staff at reception - Latifa and Nabil - who were absolutely lovely and so helpful with recommendations (transport, dinner spots, landmarks, sightseeing and even directions to take for the best views and to avoid road works!) The aparthotel has a room where you can store your luggage after you check out. We had a late check-in at 11pm, and we used codes which were sent to us via message on booking.com. This was very straighforward to do. Wi-Fi was fast.

The only thing was that there was no kettle, but we did have a coffee machine still. Overall a great experience and would definitely stay there again and recommend the place! Unless you have issues with mobility because you need to climb up stairs to reach your room.

The room is basic but has everything you need for a one night stay. The room was relatively clean and the bed was comfy. The hotel is perfectly located and the quality of the room was exactly as we expected for the price we paid. The shower was hot and a decent size. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided. The air-con worked great. It is not luxurious but for the cost, it was good value for money.

The bathroom could do with a deep clean, it was clean enough but it would benefit from a deep clean. The hotel could just do with some modernisation.

Very good location, the airport Navette stops right by the hotel, and it’s in the centre of town with everything around. Also 10 minutes walk to the station. The room was two floors up fairly small staircase, no lift, but it was clean with everything you need for an overnight stay, even a kettle with tea and coffee.

The outlook was not great, at the back, but it meant that the room was quiet. My husband found the shower small, but he is a biggish man!

Very well located, nearby metro and bus stop, as well as airport shuttle bus stop. Shops nearby, and main sites of Toulouse too. Clean, quiet, confortable,. Hair dryer in the room, bathroom fine (just the washbasin was a bit clogged up, but this can be fixed easily). Kettle, tea coffee and madeleines in the room, great !

The washbasin clogged up, but this can be fixed easily. There is no lift, it wasn't a problem for me, but some people with big luggage or limited mobility can find it of a struggle. No breakfast served- just so you know (again not a problem for me as it is easy to find boulangeries and cafés nearby).

The hotel is conveniently located with both lines of the metro right in front of the door. The Wi-Fi was very fast and reliable. The self-check-in was very easy and quick. Our room was clean, quiet and had working AC, which was vital as it was very hot in Toulouse. Another bonus for us was the fact that the room doesn't have a carpet. There were lamps and electric plugs on both sides of the bed, but only one side had an additional plug, so you have to unplug one lamp if you want to charge your phone. There is a coffee maker and a small fridge, which we didn't use but was nice to have just in case. The bathroom was clean and the shower had hot water and good water pressure. There was also a chair and small desk in the room, but it would have been nice if there was another stool or chair to be able to put luggage/clothes on.

There were some stains on the sheets and towels. AC made a noise occasionally during the night, and the bed was a bit on the small side for two people. The room itself was also small, which could be an issue if you have a lot of luggage, but as we had small backpacks only, it wasn't a problem for us. There is also a decently sized closed in the room as well. Also, even though we didn't have any problems, there were no staff on duty during the weekend as far as we know, so if you need something, the only way to contact anyone would be by phone.

The location was great, very central for local amenities, eating places & metro. The room was large with a separate toilet/shower room, fine for a one night stay, & had kettle & fridge which was very useful. Easy access to the room by using security code & keysafe.

Not a good wifi connection, but we were only there for one night & not in the accommodation for very long, so not really an issue for us

Perfect location - right in the centre and just a 7 minute walk to train station. Double-glazed windows allowed perfect sound insulation, and the black-out curtains allowed darkness during the night. Great air conditioner. Comfortable bed and clean sheets. They kindly, automatically upgraded us. Very courteous, friendly and helpful reception who also very kindly took up our luggages to our room. Great pizza restaurant just under the residence. Will most surely book again should I revisit Toulouse.

Room could have been cleaned a little better - we found a bottle of water under the bed. The little fridge was not working and had a stench. The furniture of the little fridge needed repair - the door didn't close well. The toilet seat also needed repair. A nice small touch would be to provide small shampoo and conditioner bottles.

Very clean and silent room. The Staff was super helpful. I had a very bad toothache and they called to dentists and found an english speaking dentist very near for me. I was also permitted to leave my backpack at the hotel as long as it was necessary. The Staff saved my trip! One of them spoke very good english. I 'm very grateful for them.

Very central, with everything on walking distance! Staff was very helpful and did answer to most of all our questions and requests. The room has a coffee machine, which saved our lives. Staff was helpful to keep our bags on a day that we went on a side trip, and we were welcomed to a room even cleaner than the one we left. Great place.

The WiFi was not working, and the staff only explained that it was an issue affecting the whole street. We do understand it if that is the case, but we would've expected some sort of "extra" to compensate for that.

Clean room, friendly personnel and maximum comfortable beds. Air conditioner and kettle in the room including coffee, tea and sugar.

Sometimes I lost wi-fi connection. I advise to check WiFi router in second floor.
