I visited to the hotel for the first time and found is suitable for me. They provided help as on when needed. Staff is very good and helpful. Breakfast was good. I visited for official purpose and hotel was very near to my office.

There is scope for improvement. Space between the TV unit and bed was very small. So, one has to walk cautiously inside the room. In the breakfast, they can also provide chicken sausage. In the room, they can provide electric kettle.

Breakfast was standard. It was quite busy when we went down so I felt a bit rushed eating. You could boil your own eggs which I thought was a nice touch. They also had hot sausages and scramble available. Big tea selection. We also had dinner the burger bun was rather hard and fries could have been hotter but overall it was fine. Dessert was fine and so was crave assortment of cheese. We took the shuttle the hotel offers to and from the airports. The drive is like 3 mins so the location was very convenient.

Room had the French cellar smell. Room was also quite small. It’s okay for 2 adults but it was a tight squeeze with our 2 large roller cases and carry on, also the shower was low in pressure.. i have very long hair to wash. My father didn’t notice.

I thought the hotel was exceptional value for money. The staff were warm, responsive, and welcoming. I found the room comfortable. The shuttle service was a joy and the driver was utterly charming!

I'm vegan. The breakfast can be made more vegan-friendly. To replace the meat and cheese, add something like hummus to the offering, and serve oat milk rather than almond milk. Globally, oat milk is the preferred plant milk.

Location to the airbus training facility was good and convenient, only 10 minutes away. Beds were comfortable and house keeping did a great job. Hot water in the bathroom was lovely after a long tiring day. Staff were super helpful with helping us use public transportation from there to the city. Take the tram T1 which is 10 minutes walk from the hotel and connect to Arenes, then take the metro to Capitole. You'll need coins or credit card to pay and you need to insert the ticket when you board the tram and the same ticket works for the metro 🙂 Air port shuttle was great. Breakfast was delicious !!

Twin room was really tight, I think some furniture could be taken out and made more spacious. There was no drinking water boiler in the room which is so important for winter. Even if they had some we could rent for our stay, it'd be great!

What made this a really good airport stay were the staff. They were exceptionally efficient and friendly! Location was as you would expect from an airport hotel but it was quiet. We had a 6am flight so needed to leave at 4am. There’s no shuttle at that time of the morning but they called their recommended taxi company who arrived on time and were also great! An added bonus was the bar and restaurant. The pizzas were surprisingly good!

We were relieved that there was a shuttle from the airport to the hotel as it was really hot and was at night. The only problem was there was no communication before we arrived in Toulouse even though I had sent a message several days before but when I phoned the hotel the communication was clear where we had to wait outside the airport and all went smoothly. The rooms although small were comfortable and adequate for an overnight stay before our onward journey. Breakfast was great with a good range of different types of breakfast.

Everything we needed for a convenient airport hotel stay. The staff were helpful, the room was quiet and comfortable, and the restaurant even had a couple of veggie options. About a 20 minute walk from the airport, or a reasonable €6 for a shuttle. We paid to leave our car there for our two week holiday - very convenient.

The shuttle we reserved was overbooked and we had to wait until the driver came back for a second trip (only a 15 minute delay - no big deal), which he was very apologetic about, even though it wasn't his fault at all. (We also learned that the driver also has to manages breakfast much of the time - so a pretty overworked team yet professional and friendly throughout)

Good value for money, good evening meal, friendly and helpful staff that helped to improve my French. Very close to the airport dropped off the hire car the day before the flight and walked back to the hotel in 20 minutes. Only 6 Euro's charge per room for the airport transport, couldn't fault anything.

No tea making facilities in the room, but a very small gripe considering the price of our stay.

The receptionist was very friendly, spoke English and was very helpful making suggestions of places to shop or eat that suited parent & child.we booked last minute 30 minutes before checking in. We were put in a twin rm which was better for us. It was good for a stopover for an early flight.You can walk to the airport.

It was a small room if I we were staying longer.

The reception staff when I checked-in and checked-out were extremely nice. The bread selection at breakfast was also very nice.

There could have been more hot food options at breakfast for the cost of a breakfast. There were no hot beverage options or preparation facilities in the bedroom which is something provided in other hotels that cost less to stay in.
