Comfortable bed, good bathroom (excellent sink & shower) and efficient air conditioning that was easy to control. Tea / coffee tray and kettle were very welcome. Good communication prior to stay ensured easy access to room at 01.30 in the morning. Plenty of parking and only 15-20 minutes walk from both the terminal building and the Leclerc shopping centre.

Minor point but coffee / tea tray should also include some milk (powder would be ok) and decaf as well as normal coffee. While not a fault of the hotel, the walk from the terminal to the hotel at 01.30 is not easy when all the street lighting is extinguished. It is very dark - signs cannot be seen let alone read and the pavement surface is poor in places with a lot of overgrown hedges. Easier to walk in the road! Kyriad sign not visible at all when approaching from the rear.

The hotel is very close to the airport and has easy access to MEETT, making it perfect to attend an event in this convention center. The hotel is very comfortable and quiet (very good sound proofing so one cannot hear the nearby motorway or the planes above). The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for the great stay!

The only drawback is getting to the city centre from the hotel. There is a fairly expensive airport bus line (9€) that can get you there in half an hour but it will take an hour with more affordable public transport. Not really the hotel's fault but worth knowing.

Decent price to stay overnight before heading home as no public transport available when my flight arrived. Room was clean and comfortable

Was told by the hotel that I could go to Macdonald's for food which was close by as I arrived very late but there is no way to get there on foot due to the very large ditch in between! I only found this out after trying to walk there with all my bags! Breakfast was decent although very basic. The handle on the room door did not seem very secure.

Very welcoming and extremely attentionate and arranging staff. The room has all you need for a between-travel overnight. Very nice breakfast: diverse and good quality. Relatively quiet despite the proximity to the airport and main streets. Very close to the airport, just a few minutes by car, perhaps 10-15min walking

Truthfully!! a little further than I had expected to walk to the terminal, allow a half hour, as, the last third or so of the walk is on a rough pot-holed gravel path where you won't break any land speed records dragging your 2okg case.and other bags.... But all that said, the Hotel was above my expectations with a friendly, casual but professional receptionist that was extremely helpful and spoke English as well as French, I will definitely use again, and just know to allow a good time to get into the terminal.

Liked the closeness to the airport, easy to get to. Room was comfortable and clean.

The air-conditioning setting was fixed so that I couldn't change it. The night temperature was over 30° and I would have liked to have been able to make the room cooler.

More of a caution.. I would not recommend a solo female to walk over to the Airport in night hours. I left at 03.30am for a 6am flight departure and the one road walking to Toulouse Airport was very dark and scary whilst dragging my case along. In the daylight was easy peasy on arrival at the Kyriad. The Reception is not manned at night and therefore I was unsure about getting a taxi ordered. Everything else was perfect!

Very cozy bed, clean bathroom, very good breakfast and friendly staff. Breakfast selection was above standard experienced in other hotels in France with the same standard.

There is a big road near the hotels around the airport though had a good sleep because mattress and cushions were very comfortable.

The bed linen and pillows were great. Very clean and close to the airport, just 15 min. There was a kettle and TV in the room. Also air con although I did not have to use it.

The shower has no door to close it completely which is weird.

Near to the airport. Clean with comfy beds and tea & coffee making facilities. Great A/C unit. We checked in after 11pm due to a flight landing late and staff agreed beforehand to leave a key for us

It felt a bit remote/dark upon arrival.
