Great room, breakfast and facilities. Complementary shuttle to and from airport was very efficient and staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel had lots of included bonus facilities for families like table football and video game system on big TV in lobby, and outside heated pool to pass a few hours and relax on site if you are tired from travel and don't want to go out. Whilst the hotel is an hour from Toulouse Centre on 2 busses there are a couple of really nice places to eat on a park 5mins walk away and the hotel restaurant looked OK too.

Hotel and staff did everything right, only a hot tub at the pool would make it perfect!

The staff very great and particularly the receptionist which picked me up from the airport and offered recommendations for in the city was the nicest receptionist I met in years! I liked the sports facilities I used the mini gym couple of times and there is a lovely outdoor pool which would be perfect on a sunny warm day. Good breakfast options and the pizza from the bar was a nice enough easy and quick dinner. The room and the bathroom were a little outdated but very clean and comfortable. My room was quiet despite facing the car parkand the road. The location is great for the airport of course, but also for the MEET exhibition centre which is only about 10 minutes away by tram. The city centre is much further away. It takes about 40 minutes on the tram But it’s not necessary to change on the way there so grab your tourist guide and enjoy the ride!

Everything was great, The breakfast was excellent, the room was fresh and clean. The pool area was amazing, pool was a perfect size and depth. Pizzas in the main bar were gorgeous and all the staff were attentive and pleasant to deal with. We arrived on a Thursday and stayed until Monday. Being in a business area the hotel emptied out on Friday so we basically had the whole place to ourselves for the weekend! It was like having our own private pool.

One thing we didn't like was not being allowed to eat lunch at the seating in the garden area beside the pool. We were told the food had to be eaten inside despite being allowed to take drinks out there! (in plastic cups at the pool side). It seemed like a strange rule?????

We were assigned an upgraded Queen's executive room. It appeared the hotel has taken every comfort into account. Hotel staff provided shuttle to the airport. Great breakfast although we had to pay separately.

We expected an earlier shuttle to the airport but they were particular about providing the shuttle at 7am only.

An airport nearby, so you could see airplanes passing. No noise and staff were very kind. The breakfast blew me away. The parking was right infront of the hotel. The pool was also exceptionally clean.

Close to airport , very clean, good and delicious breakfast . I have travelled for work so being close to airport was one reason and also to avoid traffic. Also is 15’min walk to a shopping mall in case of some necessities.

The bed was amazingly comfortable and comfortable the breakfast was fantastic. Way better than expected.

Shame the restaurant was closed the night we stayed. Also the air con in our room struggled with the four of us boiling hot after a 37degree day.

The shuttle service to the airport didn’t start until 7 Super Super expensive taxi . Not to far to walk but dark , raining, by a main road I’m a solo female traveler. They should really look into an alternative. 20€ for a 2 minute drive ridiculous!

The shower floor is very slippery and the paper mat is inadequate. This safety hazard should be addressed.

Friendly, helpful staff who made our late arrival and early departure hassle-free. Extremely comfortable and spacious rooms. An excellent place to stay, just wish we had been able to stay longer.
