Easy to park very comfortable bed good shower in bedroom and all very clean . Staff mixed. Some offhand some ok and one was really nice and helpful over and above . Kettle provided . Located right by a tram stop for town and 10 mins to airport. Petrol station round the corner for if you have a hire car

Air con didn't work , no shelf to put things in shower (pet hate as I have spinal arthritis and struggle to bend) only one teabag with kettle. A few more and coffee would be good ! It should say on main booking page restaurant is only open Monday to Thursday. They said it is but I can't find it anywhere .

Room was clean and accurate to its description, the breakfast was ample and delicious, internet connection was stable, nothing more one could ask for :)

Getting out the gate late at night/early morning can be a bit tricky, but this didn't really impact my stay there.

finishing touches to room were forgotten. items broken or areas that needed fixing were quickly or half fixed e.g hole in wall fixed with piece of wood but then not painted in same colour as wall or partially. this really is a shame as creates feeling of not caring.

REALLY EXCELLENT BY ALL MEANS - no remarks , no problems, this is the student's campus area, clean, quiet, secure, the public transport is just in front and brings you in the center of the city in no time while very close to the airport, but no noise of planes inside.

Nothing to mention - everything was just excellent.

It's new, clean and spacious with, good breakfast and parking. Convenient for those who want to stay near the airport, about twenty minutes with a car to the center . There is a Mall nearby.

If you don't have a car it's a bit far from the center

Everything was ok, location is very good with a tram station located nearby. Comfortable stay

There is no automatic entrance and sometimes you must call the reception because the garage door is closed.

It was a place to lay my head.

When I arrived there seemed to be some sort of problem with my reservation but with the language it was a little hard to understand. I was asked to wait while 3 other groups were checked in. Not cool. Finally when they got to me and told me the AC was out in the room I reserved. I said ok, so mo e me to a room that has a working AC. Not quite sure what happened, but got my room key and I heard the AC fan working so figured all was OK. Went and ate dinner, not a lot of choices by the way, and when I got back I went to bed even though it didn't feel like it was cool in the room. I was already in bed so didn't call anyone.

Would have preferred a couple of hot options for breakfast........scrambled eggs, beans, bacon or sausage etc

Parking was available. Good location. Good value for money ...

The bathroom was cramped and the shower was uncomfortable as the shower water was dripping outside the tub

Like how near to the Stade Ernest Wallon is. Easy to get to the heart of Toulouse as well and near a large Carrefour too!

There were only a few issues with translation.
