The rooms are big and split in two, which gives you a feeling of being in a house. They were clean and have a lot of amenities.

It is impossible to get hold of anyone on the phone during their exceptionally extra large lunch breaks. Given the far location from town this forces you to carry your luggage in town for hours and find a different means of transportation to get back when you have a rental car to return. Being close to the airport is not a plus because they do not have a shuttle and no cab service. You need to call an Uber, and if you need to do that you might as well stay in the center of town.

Very comfortable Aparthotel with air con (which was much needed in a 40c heatwave) Secure parking, close to the airport, with easy access into the city by public transport. Lovely little swimming pool. .

Although there is a boulangerie nearby, the nearest supermarket or restaurants of any kind would be a bit of a walk if you don't have a car.

The environment was very good and clean but the staff were not friendly maybe because of language barrier

I believe the hotel is well known international and is good to have some on the desk that can communicate with customers and it would be just French speaking receptionists on the desk. I know it is a French country .

Good location near the airport for an early morning flight.

The shower is open plan and as the drain didn't drain quick enough it caused some flooding. The swimming pool water wasn't too clean and as there are no staff manning the pool the other guests were very rowdy in the pool

As I was there for a night i can't say much however the atmosphere was great. Clean appartement, and good customer Experience. They are likewise organised

There is no restaurant open on Saturday and the supermarket is far off. If you travel to reach late it's a challenge to find food so you will order deliveroo or uber

Sauna works super well. Heated pool that is available all day was a treat. Easy connection to the center (bus + metro) Safe, free parking. Reception staff was very helpful and spoke fluent English, which was a good thing and not super common in France.

Great location and facilities for people traveling over an extended time. Laundry facilities and air conditioning were a bonus given the current heat wave in France.

Given the kitchenette facilities available it would have been nice to have tea towels and some other kitchen ware.

It's nice place to stay calm clean nice people I will go back to this apartment hotel and the price it's very good too

Pool sauna and gym really nice extras on a hot summer afternoon. Studio room quite spacious, all facilities clean

Remember to bring your ground coffee!. However good priced coffee machine available in hotel

Spacious room with kitchen, excellent shower, comfortable large bed. Free parking on site. Good wifi.

Reception opened at 5pm on a Saturday! We waited for over an hour just to check in. Staff very variable in talent and service. Very helpful (one reception staff member) others (reception and housekeeping), were rude and/or disengaged. Coffee machine not functioning- no refund. Room carpet needs replacing - stained in many places. Shower had mold.
