Nice staff, nice design, very comfortable bed, small and nice terrace with seats and table, air conditioning easy to control and adjust, good location, good parking slot (expensive but essential in Toulouse)

The room was charged as a junior suite, but it was relatively small for 3 people. Plus, the organization of the furniture was a bit weird and not very practical, for example the television was right above the sofa-bed and it was not visible from the main bed, nor it was visible for someone sleeping (or sitting) in the sofa bed. It's a great hotel, but I believe it's excessively priced.

Loved the bright interactions with the lively staff - and the daring design throughout! So refreshing after so many bland minimalist hotels. Location was great, close to the peaceful Canal de Brienne and a short walk to the sights around the Capitole. Very dog friendly and my first hotel to make only one charge for the dog for the entire stay - unlike most who profiteer by unreasonably charging daily. With parking too, it's my number one in Toulouse.

Everything in the hotel was of an excellent quality: comfortable bed, powerful walk-in shower, complementary toiletries, excellent breakfast buffet. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. We liked that there was a bar too! Location-wise, the hotel is only a short walk from Compans-Caffarelli metro station, which is also one of the stops for the airport shuttle bus.

Our room was relatively compact in size. However, it was very well-appointed, clean and comfortable, and we were able to put away all our belongings.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Bed was super comfortable and the shower was great too. Room was spacious, lots of storage and nice amenities, and we appreciated being in a quiet area. Breakfast wasn't the most amazing, but pretty good variety. Location is convenient, some parts of the neighbourhood look a bit rough but easy to get to the centre by foot.

The decor is a bit outdated and the room is very dark, even with all curtains open. Furniture and walls could use a little refresh. Air con is veeeery noisy, and maybe needs a little maintenance too :)

Good value option in a quieter part of Toulouse, but walkable to city center, sights, or metro. Courtyard facing room was very quiet. The Staff were nice and very bicycle friendly set up in garage. Bed was comfortable and triple room had some extra space we appreciated bicycle touring (with single bed folded up against wall). Breakfast was pretty good.

Room was a bit dark with single window, and we didn’t like glass door to bathroom as there is no privacy to the toilet user…also open shower was impossible to use without some water on floor.

Everything went well but the main highlights were the location of the hotel and a good choice of breakfast options. We stayed here last year and it seemed even better this year as our room was slightly bigger and it looked as though there was a bit of an increase in cereal options. The staff were super friendly and helpful too. As mentioned the location is great as it's near the canal which you can follow all the way to the old town and city centre.

Nice, clean and quiet room. Comfy bed and I loved the big shower. Check in was quick and I appreciated that I was offered early check in as they had the room available. I would definitely stay again if in Tolsosa. Nice neighborhood, quite and close to the city centre (just a nice 15 minutes walk along the river). Close to the shutlle stop from and to the aiport is a plus.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful which contributed to the overall vide of the hotel. The location was superb which made accessing everything very easy, either by walking or via public transport. There's a metro and a bus stop nearby. Me and my girlfriend got engaged here, so Toulouse and this hotel will always be special to us and we'll definitely be back.

Everything was good but it would've been nicer if the room had more space to put things like suitcases or towels in the bathroom. The room was small which was fine as it met our needs, however more hanging or storage space would've been appreciated. Also, the breakfast was nice but a wider selection of cereal would've been a bonus.

The hotel was ideal for a single night in Toulouse. The staff is super friendly, and although the rooms aren't huge, they have everything you need. The bed was really comfy.

Getting to the entrance was tricky by car. We decided to park on the street since €19 a night felt a bit pricey. Plus, you have a 20-minute walk to the main square.

I love staying at Hotel Brienne and this is the third time I have stayed. The friendliness of the staff and the relaxed, lovely environment and setting makes the stay very enjoyable. The staff are all knowledgeable, polite, friendly and helpful, without exception. Particular thanks to Sylven, who always makes us welcome.
