- good location, not far from city center or from the train station - the self check-in was great, everything worked without any issues - the room is equipped with everything that you need for your stay, including a kitchenette with a small sink, microwave, glasses, dishes, a kettle, a Nespresso machine etc - the room has a minibar, smart TV, very fast internet - the bed was very big and comfy (even though a bit too soft for my taste); it's clear that the owners focused on confort - the neighbourhood was very safe and quiet, despite being close to a school - no interaction with a person was needed, even the city tax you pay it yourself at a portable POS on the hallway - breakfast is served every morning at your door without requesting it but is optional - you only pay it if you take the bag in your room - all the instructions you need for checking in are sent to you before arriving; everything is explained very clearly Overall very happy with this accomodation! I would definitely book it again.

- there is no wardrobe, just a few shelves for your clothes - the room is at the first floor and there is no elevator; you have to take the stairs, which are quite steep. It might be a bit difficult with a suitcase - it could be made clearer how the breakfast system works

the king size bed was awsome, the room was clean and cozy and the fridge was stocked up nicely

access to building was a faff. there was a code for main door, a different code for the room door, and another code for the garage. staff didnt answer phone call on leaving day to give us a code which had been changed the next day and we couldnt access the garage to get our car out no staff on site, contact was through the website only or phone if they answered it. the lights in the room didnt all work, bulbs needed changing and so it was quite dark the tv - we used the internet tv in my sons room and our room - the history of previous users was still on their and porn was on them in both rooms. not good if you have younger people accessing the internet on the tvs

Clean, large and extensive amenities for the cost and especially for a hotel in France in that price range. Because of location away from main street traffic, room is exceptionally quiet. Decor is stylish and comfortable.

I had problems unlocking my room with the code issued. Tried multiple times but would not open and with no onsite staff made the situation stressful. Fortunately the cleaning woman was still there and got the door open for me. Would be good to highlight absence of no onsite staff so that anyone booking the room understands that. Should also emphasize that access is via stairs only so that travelers are aware of no lift.

The rooms were nice with comfortable beds. We had a king size bed, which was very nice. The continental breakfast was nice with fresh baked goods for 5 euros a person. Some fruit in the fridge was old, but everything else was great.

We parked in the reserved parking garage at 25 euro a night. We entered with a provided code. The next day when we checked out and went to leave, the garage code did not work. We had to call someone representing the hotel to give us a new code to open the garage so we could leave.

It was super clean, comfortable, and the staff was very nice!

I didn't see it mentioned anywhere, but the rooms are on the first floor (or higher) and there's no elevator, so avoid this hotel if you can't easily climb stairs. And two other things that could be improved for me: the breakfast is delivered at your door every day whether you ask for it or not, which I thought was quite a waste if the clients decide not to take it (but maybe they won't bring it if you clearly specify that you do not want it), and the access codes stop working at 11am sharp so if you don't have the exact same time on your watch (which happened to us) or if you're just a few minutes late, you won't be able to reopen the door. My husband left to put some things in the car and was going to go back to take the rest, but was stuck outside.

A very nice room with a little kitchen and a bonus of a Nespresso machine, breakfast things and they left some gluten free for me. The bed is massive, really nice bathroom, great mirror and super clean.

I stay In a lot of hotels in Toulouse and I do prefer being more near le capitole/place Wilson but I thought I would try this hotel for a change. As a lone woman I did not like the location that much I not t feel comfortable going out at night, its very quiet dark streets. The key codes did not work but the lady on the phone was super helpful and after a few attempts I got in.

Nice modern room, comfortable beds. Hotel was delivering fresh pastry (baguette, croissant and pain au chocolate) every day to the room door early in the morning. The room also had an equipped kitchenette with sink and there was a fridge with fruits and yoghurt. The hotel was next to a school, but it did not matter. Otherwise the surroundings were quiet. Hotel staff was friendly and attentive and cleaning was made daily.

The bathroom had a not-so-fresh smell even if cleaned daily and carefully. Not much space around the toilet. The juice bottles (0.2 l) and mini-marmalades in the fridge were provided, but not originally sealed. It should have been apparently presented that it is so and not as if they were original. There was a narrow and steep staircase to reach the rooms, but it was written in the description. We could not pay on the departure date as the payment terminal was out of order, but it was then promptly solved via a online link later.

We loved the comfort of the room. The huge bed and fire stick tv made it easy for us to relax. The bathroom was luxurious. We wish we could take home the water fall shower! It was kind of the staff to leave us a to-go breakfast. It was the perfect place for a short-term stay.

The location was perfect if you’re stopping over on a bus, but not for traveling through Toulouse. There are not many restaurants or activities in the nearby area. Also, there is not an in-person check-in, so please check your messages before hand!

Very stylish property. Close to Canal du Midi metro station and not too far from shops and cafes. The area is quiet which was good for sleeping. The bed was very comfortable, water hot and WiFi good. There is a little area with a sink, microwave and fridge. Also a large table to eat or work on. We recommend prebooking the breakfast. It is excellent value and sets you up for the day. Be aware, there are stairs to negotiate but we are in our 70’s with heavy cases and managed fine. Communication by our host was excellent. We were grateful to have a taxi ordered for us on our departure. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Our stay was perfect. The room was immaculate with great facilities and very comfortable. It was beautifully decorated and in a great location to explore Toulouse. We could totally recommend this stay. We were left breakfast which cost €5 each but were under no obligation to take it and what we loved is if we did not eat it all then the rest would be given to someone in need. Such a thoughtful touch.
