Modern stylish hotel in a central but quiet location, backing onto a lovely little park. Our room was a decent size. Bar staff were friendly & professional. The stay was good value for money - especially for a city centre hotel. We had dinner in the restaurant, which was a good standard and good value for a hotel.

Our room was an accessible room, which we hadn't asked for, so there were a few issues - no comfy chair or sofa in the room; the shower head could not be fixed to the rail (had to be handheld). I fully appreciate that this is good adaptation for a wheelchair user, but it made our stay more inconvenient. The air-con in the room was very poor, so we were very hot overnight and didn't sleep well. Wine in the restaurant was expensive. Reception staff were quite slow - maybe in training?

Very spacious room, comfortable large bed, both a tub and shower in the room. The room layout is optimal, with 2 couches. Breakfast was great, with a wide variety of choices. The restaurant, lobby and bar area are extremely cosy and luminous, as well as the exterior space next to the pool. The latter is a bit small, but enough to enjoy the good weather when it's not crowded. Close to the center, either by walking or metro.

Metro station compans is 7 min away by foot, you have to take a small detour at night when the garden is closed, but i didn't find it to be such a big deal. Pool can get a bit crowded and noisy when there r kids.

Breakfast choice excellent. Room size and air conditioning good.

Fitness room was not air conditioned and extremely hot to use. More free weights would be better - limited selection. Other equipment good. Housekeeping standards varied. One day dirty cups were not taken away and no fresh ones left. Sanitary bags not topped up and had to ask for shower gel to be refilled.

Great location (in the business part of the city, several shops and great garden nearby, at walking distance to the city center); friendly staff and nice service. Exceptionally delicious lunch deals and bakery at the breakfast. Air conditioner worked well despite hot weather outside.

Rather poor breakfast as for such a hotel, rather limited options of warm food and sausages, not enough power sockets close to the bed and the table. More space in the wardrobe would be useful.

It is a lovely hotel. Pool with terrace overlooking Japanese garden is very relaxing. Staff were efficient and friendly, great breakfast and comfortable beds. Would recommend if you don’t mind not being central Toulouse. Area is nice and friendly.

Room could do with more sockets. We could only find one on the room

The staff were great, and the facilities for kids were great. There was a pool table and a playstation which my kids were delighted with. We slept in a room with 4 of us which was fine, v tight but it was just for one night and we were comfortable enough.

The restaurant was not good for gluten free. My daughter is a celiac and she could only have a plate of chips. This is not unusual for France to be fair, they are back in the dark ages when it comes to allergies. But it would have been good to be able to offer her something.

The room was spacious and modern. The bathroom was extremely well equipped. The bed was comfortable. An excellent hotel for a city break. Would highly recommend!

The reception area is a bit confising upon entry. I would recommend a more clearly singed reception desk. I travelled via metro. Some signage from the metro station would have been appreciated. Once you walk this once, it is clear; however, for a first timer, a sign would have been useful. I didn’t see one.

Great location on the edge of the Japanese gardens. Easy access too/from airport shuttle bus stop although uber similar price. Staff are friendly and helpful. 2 x choice of breakfast 9 or 19 euro Definitely recommend and have been twice this year.

The built in hairdryer in the bathrooms is poor for ladies who have long hair. (Ask reception or the cleaning staff, we were able to source a proper one to use 😀)

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Comfortable bed Nice pool and outdoor seating area, with direct access to the park and Japanese Gardens

Buffet breakfast was a little limited The toilet in the room was separate to bathroom and had no sink Getting to the hotel on foot was challenging at night after the park was closed

Fantastic big outdoor pool open all day long with poolside deckchairs. Towels provided by hotel is a nice touch. Lovely smell in the lobby area. Nice atmosphere in lobby/bar area. Great location - right beside a park, 5 minute walk to metro station and airport shuttle stop.

Very small windows in rooms so not a lot of natural light. Soft drinks from the bar are very expensive.
