1) Excellent choice for breakfast. However, options for hotmeal for vegetarians could be provided, instead of the hams/eggs 2) Very environmental conscious 3) walking distance from shopping areas, public transport such as bus and metro 4) friendly staff whether admin, reception, restaurant, cleaners, etc. Thank-you

A little kit with a kettle, coffee/tea bags/sugar and milk could be provided. No idea whether there is a facility to borrow an iron & board for ironing clothes.

The hotel's location is truly unbeatable, right in the heart of the city with easy access to everything. I enjoyed the clean and secure rooms, the welcoming staff, and particularly appreciated the delicious continental breakfast. Overall, a delightful stay!

While the rooms were on the smaller side, lacking a kitchen and hot water facilities inside of the room, the overall experience could be enhanced by offering these amenities in specific room types. Additionally, providing entertainment options like Netflix or other streaming platforms could add value for guests.

The location was really close to the old town and everything was easily walkable. Bus stop for the airport shuttle is just round the corner. The breakfast room is nice space.

The bed was way too soft for me and the pillows were so soft l had to use the cusion from the desk chair - personal preference but l didn't sleep well. It was also pretty warm when l was there but the aircon did not cool the room, regardless of the temperature chosen. I had to keep the windows open and there was a bit of noise from the car park next door. The aircon needs serviced. A nice selection of breads at the breakfast buffet, but no butter.

The City/Town Centre and Primark (41 Rue Charles de Remusat, 31000) are 5 mins walk away. Lidl (Rue de Bayard, Toulouse, France) is 6 mins walk away. Shunfat Epicerie Africaine & Asiaque (African & Asian supermarket) is 7 mins walk away.

the breakfast selection was outstanding. My room was very quiet. The location was great- a short walk to the train station in one direction and to the old town in another, with airport shittle bus stop less than 5 min away.

Nothing really. The room is very basic - not very imteresting decor, but for the price that was totally fine. More hangers and some drawers for clothes, plus a luggage rack for laying the open suitcase would be nice.

Yes, the room is little small, but it is totally fine if you're alone. Also, in room 104 you can hear every opening and closing of the main sliding door, because it is very close, probably through the walls somehow?

Absolutely perfect location and very easy to find from the main bus station, I think it's excellent value for money... With so many great places with in a 5-10 minutes walk for breakfast I'm glad we never included breakfast.. if you are looking for a good base to enjoy a few days in Toulouse. You won't go wrong here. . And I'm pretty hard to please!!!

Comfortable well equipped room. Bathroom bit on the small side but good shower and a heater for cooler months. Unusually there was a bedroom window as an alternative to AC. Good location close to bars and restaurants. Reception arranged a late check out for us at a reasonable cost. Amazing Sunday morning fruit and vegetable market nearby.

Great location for access to the centre of town and restaurants we booked were nearby. We used a local boulangerie for breakfast rathe than the hotel. Walked to the rugby ground to see a little bit of the city. Great weekend!

The staff were always helpful when you needed something, a nice breakfast in the morning, and the location was just right for meeting up with friends.

The beds could have been a bit comfier and also maybe have some English tv channels
