The location was great! It's right in the center of tow, close to many restaurants and the metro station too. Overall, the space was great with plenty of light. I really liked the self check-in system. The staff was very responsive via booking.com messages. They were very nice and very professional.

It was a bit cold inside and the bathroom was a bit small, but that's to be expected in Europe. I don't think the heater worked well. People should be advised that there is an elevator but only from the second floor up (not from the ground floor). You need to walk up a whole flight of stairs to reach the elevator. Also, you need to pay the city tax in cash by leaving it in a plastic pouch . I had to go purchase something in a nearby store just so I could get the some change for the tax.

For my second time in it : the location, close to the city center with many restaurants under ten minutes by foot and near a subway station; the clean and quite well organized flat.

May be more coffee capsules and sugar could be added? Warning for disabled people: no lift to reach the flat from rez-de-chaussee (the lift is on the first floor).

Nice modern apartment, good sound proofing from street noise. Small lift to help with bags. Very close to market and tourist office. Lots of restaurants and café nearby. Helpful owner who responded quickly to booking.com messages. Close to airport bus, and able to walk from train station.

I had some issue with combination lock, but probably just me. Did get some help with it.

Location was perfect right in the centre. Multi storey car park 2 minutes' walk. Loved the fact the flat overlooked a busy boulevard - it was noisy but we loved it.

You had to walk up one flight of stairs with a heavy suitcase to get to the lift.

Great location and nice to have a separate bedroom when staying a few days. The room could have been cleaner but was ok. And the proximity to so many good things made us forget that

I like the location, the bed and the view was great. And it was very near the city centre. There was also a lot of halal shop nearby thanks to the location. They were all great and had delicious food.

During our stay, the showel gel, shampoo and hand gel were empty.

The central location is perfect for walking around and going to the Victor Hugo market. The staff are also very friendly.

When using the private parking, take care to only park on the second floor of the carpark in the parks designated for Metropole.

Simply furnished but sufficient apartment. Excellent location in the center, friendly and helpful owner. Opening the main door and apartments very easy

Quite noisy outside all night, windows impossible to keep open at night, but the apartment is equipped with air conditioning.

Central location. Large rooms.

Decor a bit dated. We could have done with tea or coffee in the morning, although cafes were very close so it didn’t really matter.
