Water in room everyday need be provided by hotel, I don’t like minium service in 4 stars hotel Good to propose a restaurent and include the payment in the hotel invoice. Otherwise excellent stay and very good hotel

Pleasant accommodation just in the city centre - in the quiet quiet part. We really appreciated the pleasant and helpful staff, who helped us secure a secure parking space and advised us on everything. Thank you! Rich and fresh breakfast, comfortable beds :-D We didn't have time to use the pool due to opening hours unfortunately.

There is a great lack of any ventilation - at least the possibility of opening the ventilation space / position would be enough. The air in the room is musty unfortunately. The refrigerator illuminated the entire room at night and does not allow for good relaxation.

The room didn't have a desk to work (it had instead a very small and narrow table). So if you want to work on your laptop for a long time you will probably have to go to the lobby or elsewhere. The hotel is located is located in an ugly modernist Soviet-looking building complex that is an eye-sore in the middle of Toulouse's beautiful historic architecture. The hotel is very nicely decorated inside. It is the outside building complex (which is gigantic and houses a shopping centre, housing, and much more) that is awful. Whoever built this complex clearly hated Toulouse.

The room size was great and it was handy to have a little kitchenette and dining table. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good - a little expensive on the face of it but great value for money for us as kids are free. The location was excellent. The kids loved the little children's area in the reception and the pool was a must in the heat.

The decor in the rooms and corridors was maybe a little dated and/or basic. But clean and well maintained, just not luxe. The common areas were higher spec.

Good location, room, and comfort level. The curtains were effective in blocking out light and sound. The staff were friendly and accommodating (much appreciated since we became ill on our trip and couldn't spend long outside the room without tiring out, we were able to request our room to be cleaned during a short time window). The shops located right outside the hotel are very nice and convenient (special shoutout to Cafe DEN for keeping me caffeinated through the week). Good proximity to metro and bus lines, particularly to IRAP and Cite de l'Espace.

Great Location in Centre-ville, close to the main streets, shoppings and touristic places

Very well located, close to many shops, restaurants and attractions of Toulouse Old Town. Family friendly. Small but relaxed rooftop swimming pool bar. Friendly staff who helped me resolve a misunderstanding at check-out Fitness centre on 7th floor

Breakfast was average - needs more FRESH fruit and vegetables. Many families stay here but most of the buffet is sugar, fat or carbohydrates. I also asked at check-in if breakfast was included in our rate and the staff said yes. At check-out, I was told the opposite! In the end, the staff offered to make breakfast complimentary for us, and I'm very grateful for that. The breakfast was ok but not of a standard I would have gladly paid for

Wonderful locations and staff was extremely helpful

The room was very comfortable for our one night stay we had an upgrade to a king size bed. It was great location to the main city when wanting to go and visit local restaurants and bars. The swimming pool was really easy to access and was a good size pool, great location, a really good sunspot and bar area. The room had a really good bathroom with a large shower. The hotel had a really good and well designed lobby area which had spaces for children adults and for playing pool.. the car park was accessible from a lift.

The car park was a bit confusing from where we left the car to as where we needed to get into the hotel also the air-conditioning could’ve been a lot more cooler in the room.
