Excellent staff, thank you very much Kim and Quentin. We are a group of 35 cyclists and the staff room care of us above and beyond their means. A rarity in today's day and age!

Nothing really. It is a basic hotel, not much frills. Don't expect luxury. But the location is worth it.

I booked last minute due to a train cancellation. Excellent location in Toulouse, perfectly positioned for the Metro and accessible to all major sites. Staff were HYPER efficient and welcoming - the best check-in I've had anywhere. NO messing about - just perfect. Excellent continental breakfast from 7h. Rooms are old but the plumbing/hot water perfect. TV worked perfectly, as also the aircon/heating. Windows open so no problem with ventilation. Beds firm but comfortable and warm. Will definitely replace my usual arrangements for visits there.

I rated everything a 10 the only other thing I would add is that it was nice to be able to have coffee or hot water etc. in the lobby available 24 hours per day without an extra charge!

Really central hotel with nice staff. The room was large, so was the bed and there was good air conditioning. For the price it was very acceptable.

The hotel pre-authorised the entire amount of the stay before my trip without warning me they would do this, which messed up my planning a little. I am still yet to receive the money back over a week later.

Perfect location in the heart of the old city, lots of restaurants next door, main market just in front, 10-20 min walk to all the main sights and attraction. Rooms are modest, but clean, great bathtub and delicious classic continental breakfast with superb coffee! A/c in the room!

Elevator is very small although great to have it! Pillows are very tiny but beds are comfortable

Well located. There is public parking opposite the hotel but the hotel has a pricing arrangement with another public car park a 5 minute walk away. Hotel and room are spotless and look like recently renovated. The room is on the small side but comfortable. Rates are reasonable for what you get. Staff were friendly, informative and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Public parking was 5 to 8 minutes away.

I didn't like my contribution to overwhelming the staff, and I needed extra help often, I think one extra staff member, at least in the morning, especially during holidays and weekends, could make a difference

Proximity to centre where there are bars; shopping and restaurants. Felt safe, good size room we had. Toiletries supplied. Friendly staff. 24 hour reception. Quiet, good nights sleep. Breakfast available, we stayed only one night and did not go for for breakfast. Huge car park adjacent, €29 per 24 hours.... A car park that has reduced rate for guests is about 2 minutes from the hotel at €17.50 per night

I wish there had been kettle in the room. Not made clear enough when booking where to park our car for €17. 50 until after we had parked in the car park that cost us €29 for 24 hours.

Very friendly staff and easy access. Fabulous location and quiet room with double windows ( and AC if needed) Market just in front, many restaurants and food stores. Parking Jeanne d'Arc 5 minutes away. The staff explained the ticket payment system to get a 17 euros 24h use ( with in and out!!) Will come back

Excellent location with many shops and restaurants nearby. Only 10-15 min walk to train station. Comfortable bed, and happy to have A/C during a heat wave. Room was very quiet at night - good soundproofing!

Unfortunate location of toilet at shower entrance made it very cramped and challenging to get in and out of shower.
