It's a nice hotel, considering the stars and price I was satisfied. The room was big enough, had all I needed. Bed was comfy. Good location. Had elevator. Had AC.

What the others wrote is true: the room is a bit old fashioned and oldish, although was no issue to me. Let's call it authentic. What was however disturbing is the paper-think walls. You can really hear everything from the other rooms.

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels worldwide. This may not be the most luxurious hotel in the world but in terms of value is first class. The reception staff are beyond friendly and helpful. A welcoming smile after a long journey, a wave in the morning and deep gratitude for your stay on departure. The room is comfortable. The bathroom clean and of decent size. The location is exceptional. Central with easy access to the centre. The metro is a few minutes away and the train station about 15 minutes walk. The area is full or restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, markets even cinemas. A wonderful experience.

This was my second stay at the Hôtel le Capitole. I like it's affordable price, great location in central Toulouse, and friendly 24-hour staffing. Rooms are compact---when I'm traveling alone, I appreciate not paying for space that I don't need.

Walls are a little thin---I did sometimes hear my neighbor, though never in a way that was disruptive.

Fantastic location & very friendly, helpful staff. Room was a decent size. Easy walk from station & 5min walk to bus stop for airport. All city sights & restaurants are right on the doorstep.

Room was a little dated, view out window over rooftop was dirty & littered with cigarette butts. There were panels in the bathroom wall that had fallen off.

Property in pretty nice location, had everything one could ask for when traveling on a budget, and the staff was super nice and helpful!

There could have been more power outlets in the bedroom, one beside each side of the bed for example. Also there is no toilet door, so beware of foul smells if you go with someone who decides to sink their ship in the toilet…

Location -walking distance from train/bus station, easy to find and right in centre of city - just 3 minute walk from Capitole, and main street AlsaceLorraine. Staff helpful with good English. Appreciated the elevator.

Room quite small - little floor space for suitcases, plus access to bed only from one side. Bathroom very cramped too.

We had a previous awful experience with hotel (via booking.com) in Brussels, this hotel was such a different experience and that was because of the empathetic staff. The breakfast was adequate and okay. The location excellent very near place de Capitole, marché de Victor Hugo and transport links. The staff were excellent. Very helpful and informative. Really made you feel welcome. Excellent value for money.

It’s difficult to actually think of something but maybe the bathroom could be updated and refreshed.

An excellent area - not far from the station but surrounded by lively streets full of bars, restaurants and such - a perfect location to explore central Toulouse. The breakfast was good too - rather better than the usual "Contineltal." Liked the smoked ham!

great location easy in and out to reach market near active area with coffee shop and restaurants right in the center of toulouse lot of cultural building and activities around the hotel could walk to everywhere easily

the parking condition if you come with your own car very expensive. there is no where to park in the street you need to take a private parking or public one

Every single staff person, day or night is the friendliest and most helpful I have ever seen The hotel is in an excellent location, close to everything you want to see in Toulouse. The hotel is quiet, breakfast is decent. Highly recommend.
