Totally brilliant 🤩 location right in the centre of Toulouse & opposite the mouthwatering indoor market, which has delicious restaurants on the first floor at lunchtime. The balcony was fantastic especially as I smoke. I’ve stayed here before but this was the first time I had a balcony and in future I shall always try and get one. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is two stars and that is reflected in the price. The carpet really could do with a makeover but the rooms are clean & comfortable.

I was very satisfied. Just a few minor details: Plug only for TV, missing at the bed (I just couldn't find). Cramped bathroom.

The staff was really helpful and professional. We were able to check in a bit earlier, and front desk was quick to accommodate our need for both refrigeration (as we needed to store some medications) as well as a freezer for our cooling elements. The hotel is very basic, but clean and very well located, with aircon in the rooms and agreements with a parking space near by for a cheap 24 hours parking. Very good price-quality ratio

There is nothing I didn't like. For the price of this hotel, you get more than you pay for. As other people have mentioned, perhaps you wouldn't want to take a first date there, as the bathroom privacy could be, well, more private, but being married for 15+ years, nothing that we haven't seen or heard before ;-)

The hotel location was excellent, where you in the mix of everything. The staff were very friendly. Good breakfast to set you off for the day. The room was basic, but we did not expect a 5 star for the price.

Maybe a safe in the room would have been a good touch even if we had to pay extra.

Location in the hearth of the city, general confort. Room reasonably wide considering the old building, bathroom in good working condition.

Some details (carpets…) are a bit old and worn, noise from neighbor rooms and bathrooms.

The room was perfect for my stay. A single room with a big window opening on the roofs, very pretty. A bathroom with shower and toilets. The continental breakfast was really nice. The staff was always nice and helpful.

The only little hick would have to be the toilets as they were literally really close to the shower and I could have had a footpath while on the loo 😊

If you're just looking for a place to stay the night and are okay with just the simplest of amenities, this place is great especially in the summer where airconditioners aren't really often seen and used in France.

The walls are thin so if you're sensitive to sounds and noise, it might be a bit difficult to bear especially if the one next door is noisy.

A very cozy hotel. Rooms are snug but spacious with a very comfortable bed, and the bathrooms were clean and well equipped. Fantastic location, only five to ten minutes walk away from the city centre and main transport hubs. Highly recommend.

Breakfast isn't value for money considering the availability of local cafes and bakeries on offer. However, staff were extremely understanding and decided not to charge us for it upon hearing about our disappointment.

This hotel is easy to walk to from the train station and is in a great location to see the city. The room was much larger than expected. Room was comfortable and quiet. There is a lift which made it easy to get to the room with luggage. The front desk is always staffed and the people at the desk are very helpful. We were able to store luggage when we arrived very early and when we checked out.

I got a very comfy room for one night in the middle of Toulouse at a sensationally low price ... The staff was helpful and friendly, and they had a place where I could store my bicycle, which is sometimes a problem in other hotels in the middle of a city.
