The place looked better than it was when i was there last. I was impressed by how well the room was well prepared for the guest..all necessary items (toothbrush, toothpaste, body lotion, needle and thread, shaving blade and cream, etc) that a traveller might have forgotten to carry are provided for in the rooms.

They do not arrange for airport pick up. However, they do organise taxi services when you need it once you are at the hotel.

Great location, close to a wonderful park and an indoor farmer's market. Loved the Art Deco architecture and appointments. Frankly, the staff made us feel like VIPs. Extraordinary service. We had a room on the top floor with a large balcony. We really enjoyed the view. There's a lovely small park a few steps from the hotel and some glorious gardens not too far away. The neighborhood is beautiful. We like older hotels with some history. Some people might go for the latest and greatest. We truly enjoyed the style of this older hotel that has been beautifully maintained.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like. The breakfast was fine. Most of all, it was convenient. A café might have some ambience but we didn't really have the time and luxury to find one before having to get to the airport.

Great location, the room was quite nice with a view of the street, but there was no noise if you close the windows. They also offer some toiletries. The bed was quite comfortable and the room was very clean. The staff was friendly, I highly recommend if you want to stay in the heart of Toulouse.

The room was quite clean, but there was a few areas (on and around the lamps) with a lot of dust. The mini fridge was equipped with some refreshments, but it was not working very well in our room. Also, the room was a bit too warm, we tried to turn on the air condition but it was not working so we opened the window.

Really great location in the centre of Toulouse. The room was lovely and clean, the bathroom was very spacious. The room was small, but that was expected. There were complimentary drinks in the room fridge as well which was great. We really enjoyed our stay! The Maison Pillon opposite also has delicious croissants and chocolatines!

Only thing is the shower isn’t very hot - it’s warm but not hot. Everything else was perfect!

Great location in Toulouse, around the corner from lively Place de President Wilson; neighborhood and surrounding area are lively and feel very safe day and night. I enjoyed a movie at the Wilson Pathé theatre, shopped at Les Printemps (department store) and had no concerns for safety day or night. Room was small (but typical for Europe) in older hotel that retains a moderne-style charm, full bath tub was a bonus, range of lighting options. Bath stocked with a full amenity kit (sewing, q-tips, razor, toothbrush & toothpaste). 24-hour front desk staff. This hotel is great.

The hotel was great, its only flaw may be the queen size bed. It was great for a solo traveller but would have been too small for two. The Patisserie (bakery) across the street opens at 8:00am and doesn't have croissants at time of opening. Later in the day, I saw beautiful croissants but had enjoyed breakfast elsewhere.

Absolutely perfect location, definitely the best thing about the hotel. The room was very small and a bit cramped, but bathroom was a good size. Otherwise the room was fine and the free drinks in the minibar was a plus. Staff was super nice and helpful! The walls weren’t very soundproof though, so we could hear a lot of sounds from the hallway and outside. All in all a great stay though:)

The hotel is very well located and allows us to walk around the city with ease. There are great options of cafes, snack bars and restaurants around. The room is comfortable, there is a safe and a desk, as well as a closet to hang clothes. The bathroom is spacious, with a good walk-in shower. The staff was attentive at all times, especially when we had to extend our stay. Very rich breakfast, with several options, all very tasty.

This is not a criticism of the hotel specifically, but as it is located in a busy area, it is normal to hear noise from the street, and also from the flow of people in the corridors. It wasn't a big problem for us, but it could affect those who are more sensitive.

It's a decent hotel. Nice and helpful staff. The breakfast is right for me. I'm starting with fresh berries and fruit topped by yogurt. Followed with a croissant and butter topped with salmon and eggs. Finishing with nuts, dried fruit and honey. I drunk rose tea. There is more food with usual options, except hot food.

The cleaners started working quite early in the next room and others making a lot of noise by banging and shutting the doors, etc,

The staff were very helpful and the location was excellent. The property was very clean. There was a good selection of cold buffet food for breakfast.

The room was very cramped and had a poor view onto a fire escape. The dining room was in the basement and not particularly appealing. No facilities for tea/coffee making or room for it. We expected more for the price.

The location is excellent and the staff very friendly. Furthermore, the breakfast was nice and the room was comfortable. Everything was within walking distance in the center of Toulouse.

Unfortunately, there was an event on Place Wilson on that night and there was a lot of noise in the street when people left it around 1 am, 2 am...etc. And the room was too small to sleep without opening a little bit the window to get some fresh air...and noise. The hotel has nothing to do with it but I will check next time that there is no event on that night on Place Wilson...
