Central location,next-door to Metro and close to lovely markets and cafe quarters. Lots of eateries. The hotel is excellent value for money. Staff is very helpful, and rooms have a small kitchenette with a hot plate , fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. Supermarket next door to hotel. The hotel is a 25-minute ride from the airport. It cost us 55 euros for a taxi for 6. There is a bus service to the airport for 9 euro adjacent to the hotel. There are lots of fast food alternatives, but try the local cuisine. It's outstanding.

The rooms are basic but very servicable with lots of amenities. So if you want a luxury experience it's not for you. The shower is poor, and there was noise from outside in the night, but it's not unbearable.

Location of this Citadines couldn’t be better. Just get off the bus from the airport at Avenue Jean Jaures stop and walk back round the corner. Or from the station,an easy walk down the suitcase-friendly paved,nets of Avenue Jean Jaures and turn right. Plenty of small supermarkets nearby and Victoria Hugo covered market almost opposite. All the places you’ll want to see are within easy walking distance. Try eating at Le May restaurant near the convent des Jacobins for great-value authentic local restaurant food. The kitchen area in the room is very adequate for snacking and reheating ready meals, et cetera and they free coffee and the lobby is much appreciated and a great help in keeping down costs of a city break. Dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid provided which is helpful and the idea of a stockroom which guests can access to renew towels, et cetera is a great one. De-luxe room worth the extra for its finish. Very comfortable bed - and a bath!

Interior courtyard has become rather shabby since we last stayed here – as has the upholstery in the breakfast area. It does look as though the furnishings in the areas are being gradually renewed though, so hopefully these appearances will improve.

I stayed for 5 days in May. I particularly appreciated the laundry in the hotel, easier than going out to the laundromat. Breakfast is good and there is a great communal space with coffee available all the time. You can also sit outside in the garden when it is fine. This place is close to everything and my room was big by Euro standards. Staff speak all the main euro languages but I particularly appreciated that they did not switch back to English when I attempted to speak in French

The location is terrific In Toulouse within easy walking to Place Wilson, the Capitole, Place St George’s etc. Also, the hotel is actually two buildings with a lovely garden area in between making the back building very quiet away from the street and providing a lovely sitting-out area. Big kudos also to the very friendly staff.

The signage for the hotel in Toulouse is so modest and insignificant that we walked by it rolling our bags several times before we spotted the sign above the door. Why isn’t it more clearly—and proudly—signed??

Nice sized apartment, had everything we needed. Close proximity to the Metro and the sights in the old city were an easy walk.

When we arrived we were advised the power would be off all day (next day from 9 am). It was a regular maintenance scheduled for that date. As it turned out it didn’t disrupt our stay, although, staying on the 8th floor without a lift could have been problematic with large suitcases. The information should have been offered to us when we first booked so we could have made alternative arrangements if necessary.

After travelling around lots of spots in the middle of Europe summer, it was great to stay at Citadines. Very easy check in, 2 elevators, and huge a big room! The air conditioning was awesome, and the kitchenette has some stove tops so you can cook a meal. Would absolutely stay again.

There didn't seem to be any pamphlets inside the room with info on wifi, general hotel info, close restaurants etc that some hotels have. But the internet made it a non-issue :)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. We used the onsite carpark, and one of the reception staff showed us how to get in as it was a tight entry. Easy walking distance to shops, the market, and sightseeing. Security to get into the building was good, lift to all rooms. Coffee, hot chocolate free in lounge area. Next door to a supermarket and galleries lafayette chemist.

The shower was over a bathtub and slippery getting in and out. The volume of water from the shower was sparse, not a heavy flow.

Location was excellent. Secure parking. Access to coffee, water and snack machines. A very pretty inner courtyard where one could relax and smoke within a spacious and well planted area.

Parking was challenging, underground and around a very limited space to access. Entry from a street around the corner, directions spoken at reception and confused where to park once down. Would be supremely helpful if someone on arrival guided one to first the car park entrance and then to the correct floor and position/space.

Great location, very spacious and clean rooms. Free tea/coffee/hot chocolate incl. Own little kitchenette in bedroom which is unique in a hotel setting. Beautiful and well kept reception and dining areas. They let us check in 4 hrs early and check out 7hrs late without hesitation. Just a little €30 extra which was super worth it.

There's nothing i can complain about at all!.

The hotel is well located and our room was comfortable (good shower / bed / space, etc). They have a parking (paid) which is another good point. Staff is friendly and speak different languages.

Our room was not cleaned, which is not a big problem for a short stay, but it was a surprise for us. The breakfast can be improved a lot, and this is why I decreased the score of the hotel a bit. It was too simple; some things were not replaced (and we did not wake up late).
