great staff, polite and helpful room looked clean top position if you are travelling by plane, also close to a couple of fast foods silent and efficient air conditioning good value for your money, the room has no frills, but if I could find this chain in other places, and for the same price I paid, i would definitely go again

the shower was small and I had to fix the shower curtain that was missing a couple of hooks. Also little water pressure there was no soap in the dispenser the bathroom door wouldn't close properly

10 minutes flat walk from Toulouse Airport terminal, this was a perfect overnighter after a late-arriving flight and before hiring a car from the terminal the following morning. Friendly and prompt personal greeting at almost midnight (the auto check in machine out of service). Spotless, compact room, comfy bed. Minor gripe was that there was no soap in the shower dispenser. Great basic buffet breakfast. The two team members we met evening and morning were both superb. Fancy it isn’t but value it is, we would unhesitatingly use again in the same circumstances.

Soap in the shower dispenser next time, please.

I use Premier Classe quite regularly when in transit - I can trust that it is always clean, comfortable, good value for money. We only arrived at midnight (from a flight) and it is close to the airport.

The access machine outside ‘out of hours’ was difficult to negotiate - but they know that and are fixing it. Once in our room we could not get the central light to work, so we had to fumble in the dark - not too serious - quite funny in fact.

Clean, small, air conditioned room with a shower/WC cubicle in the corner. Shelves, coat hangers, a desk and a chair. Ok for a night's stay as it's about 10 minute walk from the airport

The room was rather dark as the small window had shutters on but it was ok for me since I was there to sleep only. No sound insullation, could hear neighbours on both sides, street noise etc.

I booked this for my husband as Lufthansa cancelled his flight and he would arrive in Toulouse very late and unable to travel onwards to his final destination. He reported everything was fine, walkable from the airport, self check in late in the evening was working well. Room very small but clean and comfy. he reported he had a good nights sleep before travelling to the train station and onwards early the next morning.

My husband says it was very good for the price! It was a little bit difficult to find in the dark and the rain at 11pm, a bigger sign outside might have helped.

The concierge, Mikael, was the one we really liked. He was really pleasant, responsible, and accessible. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment during our stay. When we needed him, he was there for us, every single day. We wish to express our gratitude for all that he accomplished for us.

I won't mention anything since it would be very unfair to this lovely residence.

Late checkout (12:00 standard, 16:00 for an extra 20 euro), breakfast included when I used booking.com, helpful check-in staff - especially the black lady on duty morning of the 8th July.

Traffic noise, but then again it's very close to the airport. Small room and tiny bathroom (like a formula one hotel). However, for that location and price you can't have everything!

We’re big fans of Premiere Classe - it’s functional, clean etc etc. We arrived late on 5th so no staff around and left for v early flight on 6th. Was shocked about the review that said no one would carry his bags up to the room! He’d better go 5 star and pay the difference!

We only stayed here for one night. It's a very conveniently located motel for the airport, about a 15-minute walk. Its location is also convenient for public transport. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall, I recommend this place for an overnight stay.

pretty much everything was great. Was within walking distance of the airport so I was able to save some money on not getting a taxi. Room was decent size for one person so I can't complain art all.

Only thing i could say that wasn't great was the size of the shower but since I travelling alone it was good enough.
