The hotel should have informed us about the limited hot water when we checked in. With two adults and two kids in the same room, after my son and I finished our showers, the hot water ran out midway through my wife and daughter's showers. Fortunately, when I spoke to reception, they were able to provide another room for them to finish the shower, but this situation could have been avoided if we had known about the hot water limitations in advance.

Excellent location. Really easy walk to the airport (quicker to walk than to drive). Super friendly staff. Well appointed rooms. Very clean, lovely fragrance in the lobby. Was much smaller than expected but that didn't affect the stay at all. A short Uber, 15 minutes and your right in the centre.

It seems a little odd that in both rooms we had the toilet is a separate room to the bathroom and hand washing facilities.

We were given a suite, which was a happy surprise - much more room than we needed. Everything was clean and comfortable, and completely quiet. Comfortable bed, and good tea/coffee making facilities. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was great, and we also enjoyed the on-site restaurant for dinner (really appreciated the veggie options!). Easy <10 minute walk to the airport.

Nothing not to like (apart from a shower that was hard to use without getting water on the floor).

if you are looking for hotel close to the airport , this is perfect option. we had family room with one separate bad room. room is pretty clean . good coffee machine and tea maker.

breakfast is doesn't worst money what they ask. we arrived at evening 8 o'clock and were surprised that it wasn't any option to buy food. also , when we arrived girl in the reception told us that children under 10 years old can have a breakfast for free, but finally they took money. I realized that too late and couldn't ask for refund.

we did not have time to stay for breakfast unfortunately :( the place is very well decorated, and it feels quite luxurious The gentleman at reception was very pleasant to talk and deal with :)

when we had a shower, the drain was blocked so we stood in the water while washing ourselves. it certainly needs the hair collected at some point.

The hotel was perfect,exceptionally clean,very attentive and helpful staff. Our room was well equipped and extremely comfortable. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel. We decided to use the restaurant for our evening meal,again wonderful experience,the waiter was very attentive and the food and drink perfect. We will use this hotel/ restaurant for our future use of Blagnac Aéroport.

This location was perfect for an early morning flight at the airport. If you are light on luggage it's about a ten-minute walk to the terminal, but if you have luggage the property offers a shuttle. The hotel had a restaurant and a bar which we didn't use but would have, they looked good. The room was clean and quiet.

This is nit-picky but the pillows were hard. Also we had a family room for three people but were only given two towels, and when we requested an extra it never arrived.

Very close to Toulouse airport. I flew in at 11pm and was in bed by midnight. I flew out at 7am and walked to the airport in less than 15 mins. Very safe for walking around alone too but felt quiet in the morning. Very comfortable room and bed. Very quiet. Dinner option nearby at NH hotel, very good food, five minute walk.

No dinner options at the hotel, most places around were shut but found NH hotel which was delicious.

Good location, close to the airport. Very spacious and clean room. There was a nice scent. Helpful staff. Room and bathroom are quite well designed. There are small details that matter like having muliptle power outlets, or some space in the bathroom where you could put your cosmetics on. And this hotel has it all :)

We had a small problem with the hot water in the bathroom that stopped working, but they were very helpful in resolving the issue as quickly as possible. Had to wait in the room until they decided to move us to another room
