So clean and bed was really comfy. The receptionist even loaned me a phone charger plug as mine did not work. The breakfast had fresh baguettes, croissants, toast, pastries, cereals, ham, French cheese, fruit salad, juices, butter & jams, fresh made coffee machine with grinder. Perfect continental for €7 as much as you could eat and the coffee was delicious. My room #27 was far from the road and really quiet. So I could sleep undisturbed. My room had a double bed and a loft bed. A couple could stay for the same price as one. But more than 2 is extra.the Gardens in the property have some pretty Roses and flowers which was lovely. I didn't take photos of my room because the ones online of the double bed and loft are the same.

There was no kettle or tea or coffee sachets in my room to make a drink at night. The bath/shower tap dripped wasting water but it didn't disturb me if the ensuite door was closed. There was a deposit of €100 to pay on card before you received the key (as well as the small city tax fee €1.44 mentioned on website) but €100 was refunded to my card immediately I handed in the key and deposit receipt on checkout.

When I eventually got into the room, I was pleased with the room and the bathroom. A station on the TV in English would have been a bonus. The bed was very comfortable and clean.

I arrived after the reception was closed. The hotel knew I would be arriving late. They gave me the room number and code for the key box but the light was not on long enough to see what to do. I had a torch with me but it took me a while to get the key because I could not see which box referred to my room. I would have appreciated a hot drink even if it was from a machine.

I needed an overnight accommodation as I was arriving late. Room very practical. Good bathroom. WiFi. So apart from the long "but" it was fine.

Suddenly springing a damage deposit of €100 shortly before arriving (at time of writing I do not yet know if that is going to be a problem getting a refund). Although they seem to offer breakfast it didn't seem to be available while booking and there is nowhere else nearby (except the airport, of course). It's not that easy to find at night. The signage needs to be better as even when you find the entrance it's easier to end up in the hotel next door.

Checking in was very easy and could be arranged for a late arrival. The room had a good size and was fairly comfortable. Unfortunately I didn't realize that breakfast seemed to have been included, it wasn't mentioned anywhere and I only realized when I checked out.

There are very few power outlets in the room and none at the bed. I always find it a bit odd when hotels don't want to communicate over the booking.com app but refer to a different email address to contact them. It gives me the impression that they want to do some shady things and not get caught by booking.com.

Useful place to stay for one night near the airport. Very clean room, comfortable bed, nicely located around small nicely planted courtyard. Self-service breakfast with the basics. Staff very helpful.

It was cheap so I didn’t mind and expected it in advance, but be aware there are no warm drink-making facilities in the room or toiletries bar a soap dispenser. The major downside for me were the noisy late-night activities of guests in the apartments to either side of me. So a very disturbed night’s sleep.

Very clean, basic, serviceable room. Perfect after a long haul flight, to catch up on sleep. Great to have a room without needing to lug things upstairs! Note that the window doesn't open and no kettle-, but staff allow you to get hot water from the dining room.

Good basic room. I couldn't work out how to stop an ongoing tapping sound in the room- it wasn't loud enough to wake me though.

Location. 10 min (walking) from the Toulouse Airport. The hotel has small number of rooms and they are in US style: each room as a separated flat. Easy to arrive by car or plane. Far from Toulouse Matabiau (train station).

You need to pay extra money for breakfast and it is rather simple: only few croissants, cereals and coffee. Some of the staff members were not fluent in English and it made the communication difficult, specially when we asked for bath tube plugs and when we asked for breakfast payment.

Convenient to the airport.

I arrived after seven and there was not anyone on site. I was told I would be receiving email instructions for check in. That never happened. The neighboring hotel helped me check in after I wandered around and found someone. They also reserved a taxi for me for the next day. I think I will stay with them next time...

This is a modest little hotel, not fancy but perfect for an overnight stay before my flight mid-morning. It is less than a 10 minute walk to airport. I also ate at the adjoining restaurant and it was excellent. I will definitely stay here again. One last thing - the cost is modest and perfect for a simple motel. I highly recommend it.
