We were arriving late into Toulouse and needed somewhere to stay before we headed off on our self drive holiday the next day. The hotel offer a free shuttle but as our flight was delayed the shuttle had finished for the night. Even though it was late the receptionist answered the phone and was very helpful in directing us to a taxi ! The accomodation was clean, close to the airport and in the morning after a nice breakfast we walked to the Aeroscopia Museum while the hotel held our luggage. Then we returned, got the free shuttle to the airport and collected our rental car and headed off. Perfect stay, would not hesitate to stay again !!

Overall, a very pleasant place. We can't complain about the apartment's standard, as it was really spacious and nice. The location is within walking distance to the airport, and you can reach Toulouse by tram (15-minute walk to the stop) or by bus from the airport. An Uber ride costs around €15. It's also close to Aeroscopia and the entire Airbus complex. Staff was very friendly and helpful :)

I believe that free airport transportation should be available 24/7 upon prior arrangement. Many flights depart at 6:00 AM, and getting to the airport either involves comparably high costs or a taxi. It's a bit pointless

Reception was as useful as a Toilet roll with no paper, very unhelpful booked the taxi for an early morning, pickup it ws booked for room 219 instead of 229 which was the room I was in, I asked if there was any food places close to the hotel which the reply was there is a mall 15 minutes away, no help of directions, no help if we could organise a taxi to take me, no help if we could assist in helping you, order food to the hotel,

The reception staff I am not sure if it was because I did not speak French?? there was poor signage for the hotel no street signage, no sign for carpark, no signs directing customers to where the reception area is,

I didn't get breakfast. It was too early in the morning that I had to leave.

I should have been told the truth when I inquired upon booking about the free shuttle at 4:30am in the morning to the airport. I was told that it was arranged but when I checked in I was told that I couldn't get the free shuttle for my 6:30am flight. I had to pay for my taxi. I believe the booking.com listing said there was a restaurant there but it was closed when I was there. I had to make a 10 min walk to the nearby mall for dinner. Fresh milk to go with coffee in the room would have been nice.

The mattress was incredibly comfortable. The night receptionist was extremely friendly (he guided me on the phone at 4 am because I couldn’t find the entrance and I was exhausted after my plane had landed with over 3 hours delay). I liked the interior design of the hotel as well as its unpainted walls.

Morning staff talked about me behind my back. When I showed up at the reception, one of them said “she is here” out loud to warn the others. When I mentioned it, they pretended not to hear instead of apologizing. Too bad. (To be honest I can’t help but wonder if this happens to solo male traveler…)

Excellent return visit. Very friendly welcome from Reception lady upon arrival after midnight. Easy walk from airport on footpaths (no more than 20 mins) but there is a complimentary shuttle service 5 days a week. Always excellent value for money as the rooms are so well equipped, the bed is super comfy, and more importantly, it's soooo quiet with excellent sound proofing. Very clean bathroom too. Continental breakfast was plentiful and there was a good choice of items. This is always my go-to hotel when using Toulouse airport.

Communication via booking was very slow, I ended up calling for scheduling a shuttle to pick me up yet I believe this was due to the fact they were busy at the time; once I called in, the service was great and they sent someone to get me. The location is not that easy to get to, probably need a taxi or uber otherwise, bus would take a veeeery long time to get there. They do have a shuttle service, but needs to be scheduled in advance, so emergency arrivals and departures might be hard, I got lucky. The latter helped me getting into the hotel and the next day for my flight. The parking seemed in high demand and was PACKED. Breakfast was very well worth the extra, everything was fresh and high quality. I caught a price reduction during french holidays, which definitely upped the value. Mind the buffet schedule though.

Between the troubles to get to the hotel in the first place I almost inclined towards a more expensive but accesible option. I will come back if they keep it accesible (incl. bfast) but if it goes up ill just stay at NH.

The breakfast at the hotel was very good. Choice of food was varied, well displayed and good quality. Clean and pleasant eating area. Friendly service.

We received a confirmation email via booking.com that we would be collected from the airport following our arrival on 9.5.24 at approx 9.30 pm. As this didn’t happen we called reception who arranged an Odalys taxi collection at a coast of 25 euro’s for such a short journey, not the best start to our stay. We did receive a complimentary transfer back to the hotel on Friday morning to collect a hire car.

Everything apart from not being able to get near the front in a car. Arrived very late with toddler and had to carry him from the parking ( single parent )

The above .. no access to front door by car .. even for drop off. There were bollards that I thought might let me in and out for 2 minutes. But NO. We didn’t have breakfast as it was 18€ . Maybe it was possible to get a coffee and bread only ???

We needed somewhere to stay over night between flights in Toulouse. We booked this place at midnight which was a life saver as the airport was closing. Staff welcoming. Room clean and spacious. Nice shower, comfy bed. Some tea and coffee available. We were only there for a few hours but it was a pleasant stay for a good price. Free shuttle bus back to the airport the next morning.

Nothing not to like in the short time we were there.
