I was disappointed it's meant to be an easy quick walk to airport.,not at all..when arriving by train at Toulouse Mataibu finally finding shuttle, when we got if in the airport..no signs at all untilvwhere the shuttle bus was.,so we got a taxi..signs would be helpful and a telephone to ring the hotels that have shuttles..it was raining hard so just walking around for half an hour trying to find shuttle we got soaked ..the taxi driver told us he gets so many annoyed guests for this hotel who cant find the shuttle either..

The hotel was about 10 mins walk from the terminal. We could have asked for a free shuttle pickup, and we did for our return to the airport following checkout. The room was large, air conditioning was effective, there was a tea and coffee station with electric kettle, an iron and ironing board, good linen and bedding. The room was completely quiet. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel as we were in a hurry to reach the airport.

Very clean and we enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna very much. Staff very helpful. When neither I nor two members of staff were able to get the app to work to charge my electric car, one of them used his personal account to charge my car battery in exchange for 15€ cash which was enough to get me home the next day. NB- Make sure you download the Electromap app and link a credi card before you go because WiFi in garage spotty! Free shuttle to airport in the morning was very helpful. Dinner in restaurant was good.

There were a few hiccups over the bill but everything was sorted out in the end. I also expected three single beds, but we got a double bed and a camp cot which was not very comfortable. I wish that that had been clarified in the booking.

Modern hotel, with a good location for our travel needs. Exceptional breakfast.

That despite we paid upfront, the Hotel was asking for 200 Euros deposit towards the mini bar (2 rooms), I think it is a lack of trust on the customers.

The hotel is bit odd. The downstairs looks nice but the room corridors look like a university building and had bedding and crockery all down the corridors. The gym and spa area was great, but not so much relaxing - more so for sports teams. The best part was Didier who served us in the bar area, he was so kind and friendly to us, and we really appreciated him.

Upstairs was not what we would expect from a hotel of this standard.

The hotel is not directly at the airport, but there is a shuttle service available, or it's just a 10-minute walk. The area is safe and pleasant. The hotel itself was great, and I must say, the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and competent—the best I’ve encountered in a long time. I was even given a ride to the airport on short notice. Thank you!

The hotel is very close to the airport, so the location is very convenient with just a short 10 minute walk. We had to catch a flight at 7am and informed the receptionist that we would check out at 5am. Dinner was difficult to find as the restaurant was closed and most other restaurants in the area are closed during weekends. The room was clean and comfortable with modern fittings. When we checked out, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel had arranged for a car to us there at no extra cost, and the driver was very professional.

A brilliant hotel in close proximity to the airport. A lovely vineyard in the centre, where you can eat and drink and enjoy a very peaceful environment. The staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The restaurant served up a delicious meal. The airport shuttle from the hotel was handy too.

I don't have a bad thing to say. The stay was excellent.

Very clean and quiet. Excellent reception staff, nice and clean rooms. Good mattress and nice touch for the water fountain at the floor so that one does not need to be ripped off to buy a water bottle in the surroundings. Perfect to catch a flight early in the morning.

The outside of the property could use a refresh, unless the goal is to win some brutalist architecture competition.

Great location, so close to the airport for an early morning flight. On arrival, the bus stop at the airport drop off from Toulouse train station is right next to the collection point for the free ‘navette’ Radisson Blu shuttle ride. On departure, I booked my 04:45 shuttle ride for the next morning and it went without any issues. The hotel itself has a lovely, relaxing indoor, as well as outdoor bar/restaurant area, complete with a mini vineyard! The quality of rooms was fantastic and the staff/service is excellent.
