Good sized room with air conditioning, which was much appreciated. Plenty of secure parking, pool looked nice but we didn't get time to use it as we wanted to visit Aeroscopia. Room was very quiet considering how close it is a a major airport.

The hotel's website & staff at the desk on check-in, mentions that there is a steak restaurant in the Holiday Inn next door where guests can eat. We went there only to be met by a rude woman who told us the restaurant was closed. Obviously not Holiday Inn Express' fault but beware if you expect to eat there it may not be open. Fortunately L'Olivade restaurant around the corner is very good so we did get a nice meal.

Nice airport hotel. Nice enough area. There were choices for restaurants within easy walking distance. 5-8 minute walk to the tram station if you want to go into Toulouse. 5 minute (max) ride on their shuttle to the airport. Nice drivers. Monsieur Alex and the delightful Jalilal ( I hope the spelling is correct) who drove us on separate trips. I believe that Jalilal was also responsible in large part for the great breakfast buffet. It begins at 6:00 am, which fit out timeline of a 7:00 am shuttle ride to the airport. The location is right by the four-lane if you’re driving in or leaving to explore the region. If I was to return to that region, I’d stay there again without hesitation.

The staff at the Holiday Inn Express were accommodating, helpful and friendly. The pool was the right size--not too big or small. My kids had a great time. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming to Toulouse for a quick stay. The hotel is also very close to many of the sights of the city and the mall is walking distance. Best perk was the free breakfast. There were so many options our kids didn't complain of hunger until well past lunch.

A very nice hotel, all was great (even though the photos look a bit artificial), spent one night here. The room was small but very thoughtful, the bed was great, the cooling system was just as needed for sleep, not loud, not making us freeze (we used it not in full power though, beginning of May, ~ +15 at night). The walkable (<15 minutes) distance from the airport was excellent since our flight got delayed at night. A good breakfast. Sound protection is fine, but only a guy slammed the doors once loudly in the hallway at 7 am. Recommended after all!

Way better than I was expecting. About 15 mins walk from the airport terminal. Has a small pool which I didn’t get to use but in the summer this would be very welcome. Breakfast is plentiful and served from 6am. There is a free shuttle bus to the airport. The rooms are very quiet - good soundproofing. Finally, the staff were friendly and efficient. Not much more expensive than the Ibis Budget where I stayed last time but a vastly better quality stay.

Nothing - just a shame I had to set off so early for my flight.

We accidentally arrived a day early, and the staff not only found a room for us but guaranteed it for two nights. This is the second time in our experience that the hotel staff have gone out of the way to compensate for our errors. The breakfasts at the Holiday Inn Express are excellent and clearly reflect the many different foods that people from different countries would want. Oh, and the firm matrasses of the beds were a joy. I just wish matrasses in motels in the U.S. were as comfortable.

I honestly cannot think of any way you could improve on your services and facilities. Thank you!

We had an extremely positive experience staying here. The location is very convenient with several good restaurants within walking distance and the bonus of a courtesy shuttle bus to and from the airport. All the staff members we encountered were efficient, friendly and very helpful, our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable and the shower excellent. As for the breakfast, it was superb. There were so many delicious options to suit all tastes and we were just sorry we couldn’t eat more! We would certainly come here again if we needed to overnight at Toulouse Airport. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

My husband and I recently traveled from Canada to Toulouse to meet up with our family, which included two young children. Our flight arrived early, and your staff was incredibly accommodating allowing us to check in ahead of time and inviting us to the breakfast area while we waited. Three individuals particularly stood out during all of our stay; Abdou and Sophie at the front desk, who were both knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful, and Alexandre, the "chasseur" who graciously provided us with a place and utensils to enjoy our takeaway lunch, even though the kitchen was closed The pool was a much-appreciated amenity, especially given the extremely hot weather. we definitely recommend your establishment and thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Such a great welcome! We got there after being picked up from the airport by the hotel transfer. Arrived at 11am, hotel took our bags to store. Checked in at 4pm after being into Toulouse and we were immediately upgraded to two rooms as the staff had noticed our children were older. Pool was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was very good. Room was lovely and comfortable. As IHG members we got late check out the next day until 12 noon. Hotel also allowed us to stay in the bar area until 5.30pm when we were waiting for the flight Free airport transfer once again! Hotel is about 15 minutes from a large shopping centre. Close to transport links to get into Toulouse.

Friendly staff even at 1.30 am in the morning when I arrived. Good to have a shuttle when we left although a 24 hours one would be great because I had to take and expensive taxi from the airport.. Pillows……rated OK. I rate my stay on the pillows. If I sink into them and they keep their fluffiness that is excellent but I am afraid the pillows were a little old and had lost their shape and comfort for me. Breakfast was really good…a great variety of food hot and cold and plenty of it.

Pillows! Bigger deeper pool but understand it’s mainly for families. No 24 hour shuttle.
