We accidentally arrived a day early, and the staff not only found a room for us but guaranteed it for two nights. This is the second time in our experience that the hotel staff have gone out of the way to compensate for our errors. The breakfasts at the Holiday Inn Express are excellent and clearly reflect the many different foods that people from different countries would want. Oh, and the firm matrasses of the beds were a joy. I just wish matrasses in motels in the U.S. were as comfortable.

We had an extremely positive experience staying here. The location is very convenient with several good restaurants within walking distance and the bonus of a courtesy shuttle bus to and from the airport. All the staff members we encountered were efficient, friendly and very helpful, our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable and the shower excellent. As for the breakfast, it was superb. There were so many delicious options to suit all tastes and we were just sorry we couldn’t eat more! We would certainly come here again if we needed to overnight at Toulouse Airport. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

My husband and I recently traveled from Canada to Toulouse to meet up with our family, which included two young children. Our flight arrived early, and your staff was incredibly accommodating allowing us to check in ahead of time and inviting us to the breakfast area while we waited. Three individuals particularly stood out during all of our stay; Abdou and Sophie at the front desk, who were both knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful, and Alexandre, the "chasseur" who graciously provided us with a place and utensils to enjoy our takeaway lunch, even though the kitchen was closed The pool was a much-appreciated amenity, especially given the extremely hot weather. we definitely recommend your establishment and thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Such a great welcome! We got there after being picked up from the airport by the hotel transfer. Arrived at 11am, hotel took our bags to store. Checked in at 4pm after being into Toulouse and we were immediately upgraded to two rooms as the staff had noticed our children were older. Pool was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was very good. Room was lovely and comfortable. As IHG members we got late check out the next day until 12 noon. Hotel also allowed us to stay in the bar area until 5.30pm when we were waiting for the flight Free airport transfer once again! Hotel is about 15 minutes from a large shopping centre. Close to transport links to get into Toulouse.

Friendly staff even at 1.30 am in the morning when I arrived. Good to have a shuttle when we left although a 24 hours one would be great because I had to take and expensive taxi from the airport.. Pillows……rated OK. I rate my stay on the pillows. If I sink into them and they keep their fluffiness that is excellent but I am afraid the pillows were a little old and had lost their shape and comfort for me. Breakfast was really good…a great variety of food hot and cold and plenty of it.

Pillows! Bigger deeper pool but understand it’s mainly for families. No 24 hour shuttle.

Incredible staff! All staff, down to the last one, were exceptionally professional and incredibly helpful during a very difficult time for us as foreign travelers who were burglarized during our vacation. We were left with only my husband's cell phone and his wallet. Rental car had been vandalized and all baggage and computer and passports stolen. The front desk personnel at Holiday Inn Express went out of their way to assist us with adapting to use of free access computer and printer and assisted with train schedule info for travel to American Embassy for emergency passport purchases. Just such a comfort to have such understanding, sympathetic, and helpful hotel hosts! We highly recommend a stay at this Holiday Inn Express. Value for nightly rate is amazing with large breakfast buffet, comfortable bar setting and lounge, spotless reception area and very comfortable room with inexpensive upgrades available. Still thanking them from afar for making our traumatic experience less devastating by offering so much of their time and assistance.

This hotel was a paradise in our view. After a very long trip from Montana (USA) we arrived and found everyone not only pleasant and helpful, but we felt we were special visitors and were treated like special people. Everyone went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect in every way. This included making sure we could use their shuttle to get to the airport and back, and this included many trips since we had 3 different people arriving at the airport. And it was all free of charge. The breakfast was superb in every way.

Great location easy to find and made depature for an early flight a simple experience. Staff were fantanstic really professional and extremely helpful - Christina who was duty manager when we arrived was an excellent ambassdor for customer service organising our early taxi and breakfast option as we needed to leave at 4.45am! Rooms were clean and looked recently refitted. The balcony was a great extra provides you a little more quiet space. Our girls used the outside pool too! Would come back again.

Great staff, everyone working to make guests' stay the best. Beds are so comfortable and the rooms quiet, with very good bathroom set up. All beautifully clean. Very handy for the airport and excellent shuttle service. Good restaurants in the vicinity. My second stay in 10 days, and probably the best sleeps of the holiday.

Tiny gripe was the second stay in 10 days, had the same room which this time smelt of smoke, but staff were responsive immediately and the issue was resolved quickly.

We always stay in this hotel when we're in Toulouse. We love the warm welcome and the free ride to the airport. What we enjoy the most is the continental breakfast buffet with its wide variety of fresh fruit, bread and pastry as well as scrambled eggs and baked beans. It's a real treat to have so much good quakity choice. Thank you for making our stays in Toulouse ever so pleasant and convenient. The hotel is only 10 minutes away on foot from the tramway station to go to the town centre, and the trip only takes about 20 minutes. Perfect, in other words!
