it’s great ! I had read a few reviews on noise from street, a/c not working, housekeeping making noise. None of it was true. It’s a beautiful hotel and none of the above happened. The staff are really really polite and helpful (Camille and Amellia were great) which is very refreshing considering the rest of france if very rude. Would definitely return

the hotel is in the very center of Toulouse, so it is very good if you want to visit the beautiful town of Toulouse.

The carpet of the corridors was very dirty and worn. It should be changed. A tray with food stayed for hours in the corridor, until we told the staff to take it away.

-Gym is small and can be improved. -Noticed few areas in the room dusty on checking in. -Room and gym access cards need to be revalidated due to minor interference with electronic devices multiple times. -Variety of breakfast menu and can be improved.

Clean, felt safe, friendly staff, location was the 5*

The breakfast was a little disappointing, it’s a help you self style, much to eat if you arrive early, arrive later and limited options! A great pancake machine, fresh pancakes whilst you wait but limited fresh fruit.

The hotel doesn’t have its own parking space. Should be more clear about what parking lot you can use with discount, there are two “Indigo” parking lots and it is confusing. Should try to offer parking space discount on the nearest one to the hotel.

Beautiful hotel located in the heart of the city, great service, lots of extras in the hotel lobby (games, entertainment for kids), lovely breakfast, wonderful ladies at the reception

Everything . The room was lovely . The bed was very comfortable , the breakfast was to die for and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful .

The breakfast choices were good and the location couldn't be better.

The AC didn't work well, partly due to the extreme heat of Toulouse during the week of my stay.
