The location was perfect! You step out of the hotel and you’re on the Capitole Square. I loved that I was able to walk EVERYWHERE and be at the center of the town. I didn’t use a taxi once I arrived because all the sights are within walking distance. [note: I am an avid walker so the location was perfect for my preference]. The metro is also very close so you can take the metro if you wish. The property is well designed - modern, very comfortable, double paned windows to keep the noise out. The breakfast is very good with many options- eggs, bacon, sausage; croissants with many types of bread, jams and honey; fruit platter; yoghurts; coffee and tea. You will be full The staff were very helpful and kind. It’s an excellent property.

There is no safe in the room. It’s not a dislike, only a comment for improvement.

The hotel is very well located if you are someone who can walk around comfortably. If you are using a walker or a wheelchair, then you’re gonna have problems navigating both out in the street near it and also entering the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff at the reception was very kind and gave us a handicap accessible room when they saw that my husband was using a walker. That made our stay very improved. The breakfast buffet is also very nice.

There is only one thing that resembles a ramp for handicap or people with disabilities and that is closed after a certain time of the day, and you cannot use it. So my husband with a walker was forced to carry his walker up and down several stairs when we went out in the evening. The parking lot they use is also very unfriendly for people with limited mobility, and there is only one elevator that goes to street level, which was out of service. The hotel does not control that, but it just added to a very uncomfortable vacation in terms of getting around.

The hotel’s location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Place du Capitole. The building itself is beautiful, and my standard double room was very clean and spacious. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. I drove from Toulouse Airport, which was a straightforward 20-minute journey, and there’s a large underground car park directly in front of the hotel – incredibly convenient. Ibis has an arrangement with the car park, giving guests 50% off, so 24 hours of parking costs just €15.90. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and is ideal for business travel or a quick stop in Toulouse.

No complaints.

Location was beautiful, especially at night with the opera house lit up and the square a hive of activity. Shopping was easy as everything was around you and no more than a 10 minute walk to buses if you needed them to get around. The room was spacious enough for 2 people, very clean and the soundproofing was excellent when you wanted the main windows/doors shut. Breakfast was a selection of pastries, cereal, bread, fruit, yoghurt, scrambled egg, sausage and bacon with various milks/juices/teas and coffee for all dietary needs and tastes.

The shower door didn't seal at the base so the floor got wet quite considerably and no Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room

The family suite worked out really well for our family - we had two rooms (each with their own bathroom) connected by a private hallway. It was quiet and spacious. The location is right in the city center and close to public transport.

The parking was a nightmare with the Christmas market ongoing. We spent so much time stuck in crowds and traffic trying to get to the parking garage that the hotel uses. If you are visiting during this time, we would strongly advise against bringing a car here. It was great that breakfast was included, but I found it a bit disappointing and with an awkward setup.

We had 2 separate rooms each with it's own bathroom in a suite off the main hallway. Excellent value

The parking lot was very close but we had trouble understanding the instructions for getting in and out and being able to use the hotel discount. When we told the staff we paid full price they were very concerned and wanted to rectify the problem . It was a language issue regarding the specific instructions which were told to us but not clearly enough. Perhaps written instructions given to the guest would help.

The room was lovely and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was unbelievable - all the pastries and fresh fruit I could eat! And the location was superb. I treated myself to a room overlooking the Place du Capitole and the view did not disappoint!

The shower pressure was non-existent. I thought that it was because I may have showered at the same time as everyone else the first morning (around 9.30am), but the second morning I was in the shower at 5.30 and the pressure was still just as bad.

Good size room. Well located. Comfortable bed. Good linen. Fair shower. Excellent staff. Good breakfast. Discount at 3 car parks. Supply of chilled water in the foyer available to fill water bottles.

Aircon set to 22c as lowest. Large window wouldn't close so courtyard music could be heard in the room all the time. No fridge. Very poor lighting in the room - I ceiling spotlight. Room furniture is style over substance. Room cleaning was hit and miss.

Excellent Location- Easily walk to all major tourist spots. Good Room- Comfortable and met expectations. Great Breakfast though the pancakes were tasteless.

Poor Hairdryer- Requires constant button pressing, impractical for long hair. The reception staff needs significant training in etiquette and professionalism. Instances such as walking around with unzipped trousers in front of guests are unacceptable. Additionally, revealing a surprise planned by my partner during check-in was inappropriate and ruined the moment.

We were lucky enough to have a view of the Place du Capitole which was very special. The room was immaculate and the bathroom looked newly decorated (really well) and exceptionally clean. We had three great nights' sleep. The location is right in the middle of the town so ideal for all the touristy things we wanted to do. Breakfast was continental, plentiful and hygienically laid out. The bar area was nice. We had a drink there one night after being out - there was light jazz on and we were attended to when we needed the service.

I would have loved to have been able to open the windows to get some fresh air and look out onto the square but it's probably standard in a hotel like that not to be able to. I understand but it was a shame.
