A beautiful property, with all the comforts of home. We didn’t feel like we were staying in a hotel it felt like we were in a home. Staff was very friendly, and accommodating. Room was clean and well stocked with top of the line products from L’occitane.

The only thing we wish we had would’ve been an ironing board or a steam iron. They offered ironing for a fee but it would’ve been nice to have one in the room.

Beautiful little boutique hotel with friendly staff in a quiet location by the university, just 2 minute walk to the basilica. We paid a bit extra for a wonderfully peaceful room overlooking the courtyard, and a great view of the Convent Tower which was lit up at night. The hotel has the cutest restaurant in the area serving a marvellous buffet brunch with conservatory and courtyard seating. The food was super tasty.

Great location, rooms really comfortable, hotel had cool vibe and great to have a little pool right in the city and a beautiful peaceful garden with lovely day beds to relax on. We had a street view which was a little noisy on the Friday night thought it was Bastille Day - incredible fireworks by the nearby river and very quiet with the window shut. Might ask for garden view next time.

Loved everything. The breakfast was amazing though it wasn’t included and was quite expensive. However there was so many different delicious things to choose from, you didn’t need lunch! We were a little bit disappointed that they didn’t tell us they serve brunch on Sundays which is an even more impressive spread so we had breakfast and then an hour later they started bringing out the most sumptuous assortment of things and we would def have waited had we known. It was jam packed so obviously has quite a reputation locally!

Amazing staff, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, with quality furnishings and is very quiet. The window shutters work far better than curtains if you want dark. The breakfast is the best I had in any hotel, and with the admittedly not low price. The restaurant was also excellent with a lovely garden to sit in.

Only because I have to fill out what I don't like : I was not a fan of having to wait for the door to be opened after buzzing to enter the hotel.

The hotel was charming in every way. The staff are friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. We also loved the dining experience; not just great food but the environment of the garden setting was beautiful. Last but not least, the accomodation was excellent; a well-appointed room and comfortable bed.

A kettle in the room would be good for tea drinkers.

We loved it all. The staff, the food, the service, the location ,was exceptional and we loved the pool and the courtyard. We will definitely be back to your beautiful friendly hotel. The exceptionally early check in was phenomenal after our long flight. Thank you. ❤️

Could not fault it but just few little things. The shutters were possibly a little difficult to open and shut. The coffee machine was a little temperamental, a small Nespresso machine would be perfect. We loved the teddy on the bed, very sweet touch.

We stayed in a Superior Double room and superior it certainly was, we didn't want to leave! Huge bed, plenty of storage for a full unpack, a mini bar/fridge, well equipped bathroom and a TV complete with applications such as Netflix and Disney, which was a lovely touch. The staff are all very polite and helpful, providing a brilliant service whilst remaining down to earth and approachable. The manager was particularly helpful on our first day, providing us with a map of Toulouse with notes about where he recommended we visit. He also offered to make reservations at restaurants for us. Breakfast and lunch (and brunch on Sundays) at SOCLO is best I've ever experienced at any hotel. Every day is a fresh feast.

Literally nothing I didn't like about SOCLO, it was a flawless visit.

My mother and I chose Hotel SOCLO for its unique boutique style and ideal location that enabled us to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Our room was very clean and pretty with a clawfoot bathtub, robe and slippers, and an abundance of nice bath products. The garden is large with plenty of charming seating and an outdoor swimming pool. The indoor-outdoor restaurant serves an exceptional buffet breakfast and lunch, and table service for dinner. And most special is the staff, who went out of their way to take good care of us. The restaurant staff translated the menu from French to English for us, and Adrien the manager provided exceptional service from start to finish.

Well located and by Toulouse standards easy to get to. Having parking available with reservations convenient. The staff is beyond excellent and went out of their way to help us solve a significant problem that impacted our visit. Without their help our limited time in Toulouse would have been a real drag. Nice on site restaurant with small but well focused wine list.
